Yes, for the people who lack common sense, there are warning labels. However, I have always burned them with the fabric on and never had a problem. But just to cover my butt, yes....there are warning labels.

I havent been posting on here alot, just observing mostly, but I have burned tons and tons of candles with the fabric tied around it and never had a problem. To each there own however. Good job on them they look really nice, I love the prim/country look.

My personal opinion is that maybe if you remelted them at a low temp and hurried to repour, that hopefully they would be ok. Maybe they wouldnt last quite as long as they would before but they shouldnt be too bad. If you didnt already put the max amount of FO in, then you could add more when they are melted. If it already has the max, then i wouldnt sell them if you had planned to, cause it may loose just a little of the scent when remelting. Hope that helps!

Has anyone tried the Christmas Tree or Oregon Pine Needle FO from the candle source? If so could you please let me know if you tried it in soy or paraffin and if it smelled like an actual pine tree? THANKS!

Hi everyone! I havent posted in a while, been super busy! I started a new job, 45 hours a week, big change from being a stay at home mommy! lol. Anyway, I was at work the other day, and this girl I work with smelled SOOOO good! I asked her what she was wearing and she said It was from Walmart, the Healing Garden, Wild Honey Body Spray. MAN it smells good!!! So, I went and got myself some lol. I soaked myself in it too LOL. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone might have any idea where to find fragrance oil that smells like this!! The description is something like...organic sweet wild honey, pink peony, and fresh hydrangea. I dont like florals, but this to me just smells like honey. It smells sooo good! It is in the cosmetics section at walmart. The brand i guess is "the healing garden". Its called Wild Honey. Anyone know where to find oil in this scent? i am hoping someone knows!

See thats what I thought, you need to add the FO at a hot enough temp to bind with the wax, so im not sure how it would work to temper the wax like that. I always bring my wax to at least 175-180 and add scent, so then how would you go about tempering it?

I have a sample of this on the way from Gateway, and I was just reading what Jason wrote about tempering the wax....if you add the FO at that low of a temp though, will you still have good scent throw??

Ok, I know this isnt a huge decision, but I cant make up my mind, so someone make it for me LOL. I want to order either a sample pack of FO's to try some more out, OR a jelly bean silicone mold. The reason I want the silicone mold is because I make alot of soy tarts, and I thought it would be cute to make soy "bean" tarts. What do ya think? So should I go for the mold or the FO's? I am only allowed to buy one thing at a time LOL hahahaha

Well I understand that! Its fun to be creative! I just thought it would be scary to have those sold to people lol. But it really is a unique idea!

As long as you are not selling those, and making them only for yourself, then i dont think its as big of a concern. But Its obviously not a safe candle to burn. Are you just burning those for yourself?

But I would love some of you to pm me that make soaps/shower gels/lotion/body butters cause I am looking to buy some stuff and dont know what to get! I am itchy alot and need something really moisturizing, full of lather and bubbles..(i usually use shower gel and a pouf) but im willing to try a bar if it works great too...I LOVE fruity and bakery scents and I want something that has a good scent that actually lingers on my skin. Can anyone help me?? Again if im not supposed to come looking for goodies here i apologize, just thought it would be a good place to look!
