  1. cut pictures... looks totally different
  2. yeah they have the canned at my store but not powdered for goats milk. I was hoping i could get it on line for cheaper, but I really have nohting to compare it to.
  3. Hi! these look great. wondering where you get powdered goats milk and what is a good price. I don't currently use it but I was thinking of incorporating it in my soaps.
  4. I attempted a column swirl with patchouli. Of course the recipe that is always really too runny and takes forever to set up got thick on me. But I still have hope for this one. I can't wait to cut it. I had 6 colors. For some reason you can't see any blue, green or purple on the top. I am hoping you can when cut!
  5. I get EBC ... they do flat rate. \ Very fun soap!
  6. 70 so far is the best price.. .if you can even find it. I am on the fence about getting any still.
  7. that is a great price... I don't do candles and I was more curious. I used to work in a seafood resturant and we used those little cups for tartar sauce. I thought it was a good idea to put a tart in. Good luck!
  8. Columbus foods has it listed. I use them (like many others) for my bulk oils. They have been out for a long time.
  9. I use a heavy plastic over the sink. Always the best way to do it!
  10. good question.. I actually was on another board and there were a lot of people that put their soap in the freezer and stuff so it would not gel. I also thought that all CP should gel.
  11. How much do you get for tarts that size?
  12. Hi... yes I do. It is very easy to make -- all olive oil. Olive can be moisturizing but I don't this just on it's own will be too much. But I am no expert. Need a recipe???
  13. thanks! I have to make another batch for favors... I will take a picture of how bad it was before curing. It totally looked like baby poop.
  14. hi... it seems like Jojoba is just really expensive. Is it just me?? This was the best price I could find: Jojoba, Golden Pure and Natural($15.00 per pound)
  15. ahhh game winners! I totally forgot about those. I will have to think about those. I have already poured blue and white CP fresh powder soap. They are curing and look great. I was also going to wrap them in baby boy gift wrap and put them in organza bags but I wanted a little something else with them. I think I am going to go with the lip balm. They are easy to make and I have all the supplies. Also if they don't use it themselves they can easilly give it away to someone that would. Thanks for the ideas and listening
  16. yeah they are.. but too bad you can't smell the strawberry much. not sure what I am going to do with these.
  17. i've see that video also... i also want to see what you did.
  18. I do make lip balm and have all the stuff. I could do minty and print out labels that say its a winter baby boy or something.... I think of mint when I see snowflakes also.. I thought i was the only one.. lol
  19. I am going to wrap these in pretty paper and use them as part of my baby shower favors. This thickened really fast. I am happy with the color. When I mixed the blue in with 1/2 the mix it was a really yucky poopy green and I thought the blue wouldn't come out. If it was still gross I was going to name it baby poop soap or something like that as a joke. They smell really good and are a really nice hard bar. Really happy they are blue.
  20. Here are the cut pictures The color has faded, but I still like the look. What I don't like is you can hardly smell the strawberry anymore. Very very light.
  21. I've rebatched before and it didn't "melt" it more turned into a very thick hot substance. Does this really melt?
  22. I was thinking of doing a soap and lotion instead. I only make body butter at the moment. I was then toying with Soap and bath salts.... TOO MANY OPTIONS!
