Hi I just wanted to share a link to a really cool site I found for Artists, photographers & Designers. It helps you select color pallets....I am going to make a batch of Twilight Woods obve the holiday week end and was looking for inspiration on what colors I should use. Thanks that helps alot...I need to order some other oils from her so I wanted to get some fall scents while I was at it. I will add a couple samples of the Oak barrel cider & frosted winter berry.

Love the them & the color.... LOL your soap lab name reminded me of something my Brother in law said to me..."hey I am not going to pick up your lye at True Value for you anymore...I don't want them looking at me like I am some sort of meth maker!" ha ha ha so silly! I made my 1st batch of HP in the crocpot a year ago. It was the greatest craft I ever tried, I love soap making. Try it you will love it. I bugged several of my candle making buddies to try it and they also love it. Give it a try! Thanks for all the kind words, everyone.

You really don't need a class, watch cake decorating videos on YT. Practice with cheap ready made frosting, until you get used to it. When I was a kid a chain dept store in the mall used to have cookware demos at the opening to the store. My grandmother and I would watch the Wilton rep make those barbie doll cakes. When I was younger, I was a loved Barbies, so I wanted a kit bad. So that year I received a kit for my 12th birthday, what a dork.... I just followed the instructions in the book, the tips do all the work.

Anyone ever pour Pineapple Cilantro from BCN?

I have it, and I felt it didn't have enough cilantro, so I added some on my own. A year later I have a old bar of HP Pineapple cilantro sitting on my curing rack and I can still smell it. It's OK, but I won't order it again. I always forget to get a sample from BB, I heard that one is good. -
I ordered pumpkin spice from SGS & I have CS lavender ( my fav) but I also have a whole bottle of SS Tassi lavender I can try too. I think I will try 3 testers . 1 heavy on the pumpkin, 1- 50/50 & 1- heavy on the lavender. Just to see which I like . Then I can make a small batch of CP.

I know this is an older thread but I also watched this video... so I googled the combo , to see if a supplier sells it and you know the reasoning for the combo? Cool, I'm interested to hear your opinion. They discontinued her favorite Banana Orchid (I know this isn't the correct name) but that is the scent. It was one of the recent ones to get discontinued.

I know what you mean, it's very discouraging. I was thinking about making a "piped rose CP soap with CP "blood" droplets. It seemed like a wicked cool look for Halloween.

I think that will work then, I want a haunted rose scent for some Halloween projects.
