    We sell both soy blend and paraffin candles. Our paraffin candles outsell the soy blend 3 to 1.

    I just got done making 788 today. But in all fairness, that was only 8 different scents and I have a 150# melter, 3 50# melters and a few presto pots.

    My brother bought cases and cases of candles I made in their grandpa's pipe. They had a few others we really loved (citrus & teakwood, exotic black orchid). Wish someone would have picked up their fragrance line.

    Besides the newer Christmas scents from NG, any other suppliers rolling out some new Holiday scents? I'm looking to add 1 or 2 more to my line. Thanks for any suggestions!

    BCN has a spice fo that is great for mixing. Never tried it alone but might be worth getting a sample and trying.

    Why not just dust the inside of the mold before pouring the candle in? That will hold the "stuff" on for ya.

    Sorry Lorrie, I never got around to playing. Strep went through our house an everyone kept sharing it back and forth. I just took it out of my storage cabinet and put it on the counter for later today.

    Sounds good. We also include a brief write up on our company and candles. Since we are not a "well know big guy company" I like to let people know about us and how awesome our candles are

    We have seen the exact same thing. Not only are our returning groups selling more we are getting new FR's every week. We signed up 2 new ones just today. Making me pretty darn happy!

    I rename almost all of my fragrances unless they are something common like apple pie. Then again, I have a leech in my area that copies everything we do so it has become a personal challenge of mine for it to be impossible to figure out where I get my FO's

    My DH made mine out of a nice piece of wood that he drilled holes for the bottles to sit in. All you need is a drill and the correct sized bit (slightly larger than the diameter of the bottle) and you could make one yourself.

    Coffee filters with a nice round label in the middle is how we did it when we made round soaps.
