If she agrees you can send the order COD for the entire amount, of course that still doesn't mean her check would be good. If she seriously wanted the order she would of sent you a check. I had a lady order from me and wanted it sent COD for the entire order, i sent it and she refused the shipment which meant i was out shipping both ways. Thats the last time I will ship COD, she was the bad apple that ruined it for everyone.

humm i've been using these for samples now for over a year and never had a problem with them not holding their scent, i'm gonna say thats false. Maybe they meant the actually tarts melting don't hold their scent long, which i could see since they are small squares and wouldn't take long for the scent to burn off. But i don't use them for tarts just samples.....

Nope, there is no average and every school is different. Your best bet is to wait until the order is turned in and work off it. I do a yearly fundraiser with our local HS but we do it a little differently. They buy the candles outright from me so they can sell them on the spot. They just started today and ordered 12 cases to start. When those are sold they order more, they love doing it this way and so do I, no forms to print! Since my business is wholesale I always have stock made up so turnaround time is just a day or two when they reorder. No I don't get my money upfront, i turn in an invoice when I deliver and my check is mailed, usually around 2 weeks but this isn't a big deal, when you deal with schools invoicing is pretty standard.

I tested this scent today from NG and i'm not 100% sold just yet. Anyone else use this scent from them. I just poured 2 small containers yesterday and tested today but i've also tested 4 other scents as well. Just want to see if its my nose or what???

After reading this thread I asked my DH who is a reporter if there paper tried to solicit "freebies" in order to do reviews? Like scented said and my DH they do have many companies "send in" products hoping for a review but they never ask for freebies. He said that if there was a product that they wanted to review they would buy it. Better to leave this one alone.

Dana, I thought I was a minority here cause i wick my 1274 with the low smoke zincs. I thought they were worthless in my containers but they work great with my pillars. I use the 51z for the 3" as well.....

You can try the check thing but if your serious about doing wholesale then you gotta get a merchant acct and accept credit cards. All I do is wholesale, i have a nice set of scales that I use and everything is shipped UPS. I buy my boxes from a box store so the dimensions are printed on them. Its really pretty easy just takes time to pack and ship. Trust me I now understand why people charge for S&H, its WORK. Once you get a system down it runs smooth.

I'm kinda the odd ball here but I use Peachtree but i also do payroll as I have an employee. Oddly enough I can even track my liquid dye as I have my receipes tied in to scents and sales...
