  1. BCN's Mulled Cider smells exactly the same.
  2. Agreed! I think Mrs Claus' cookies smells identical to vanilla bean noel and daystars vanilla bean cookies.
  3. I wish I had it in my grubby little hands right now! I'll be ordering it with my next order for sure though. I'm all about new cookie smells, I can't resist them! Here's the description: Smells just like a freshly-baked, buttery Christmas Cookie with frosting. Oh gosh, I just remembered it's the scent of the month and is on sale through the newsletter for $11 a LB! Does anyone have this one? How does it compare to Sissie's from BCS?
  4. The reason I mentioned that one is because of the icing part of the scent you were asking about. I think the scent is probably some cookie scent that someone named Grandma's to keep anyone from finding out:) Who knows and there really isn't any way to find out! Did one of your customers ask for this scent or something?
  5. What about NG's new Christmas cookie?
  6. BCN's WYW Buttery Gingerbread is to die for and ICS Buttery Caramel is great too.
  7. BCN's pumpkin pie closeout has been gone for about a year now:) JS Frosted Pumpkin is pretty darn close to it but better if you can imagine!
  8. BCS Sissie's Sugar Cookies is great!
  9. I love JS and most of my best sellers are from there. Everyone has their favorite suppliers and JS is one of my favorites:)
  10. I always color my candles but have the option for uncolored. Very rarely do customers choose this option. I agree it would make it easier especially with the frosting issue though:)
  11. Hi Cindy, what type of dye are you using? I tried doing black in my soy for a layered "Harley" type candle and couldn't get any darker than a slate grey with liquid and that was with a heck of a lot of dye. I've never used the chips though so maybe someone else would be able to help you if you use chips.
  12. I love my 444 and always do only 1 pour. I get the best results pouring around 110. Sorry I haven't tried C3 but the 444 has a great hot throw!
  13. Awesome Yoyo:D ! My WSP shipment is coming today with the browning neutralizer! I'll make up a vanilla lotion that usually browns within a few days and see how it works for me!
  14. Thanks Sharon! Did you use the plain VS or the browning neutralizer?
  15. Daystar is getting in Soap Silly's Sweet Pumpkin Pie very soon. She said they are in transit to her now. I'll be ordering it, it sounds like what your looking for!
  16. Yes she is! I only wish you could just order off the site rather than call everytime.
  17. Datstars is great but has no toasted notes. One thing you could try is to mox some of BC's campfire with a straight marshmallow if you have it. BC also has toasted marshmallow that's really good.
  18. If you haven't tried NG's Whole Wheat Bread you should, it's true to the description! I use soy and the throw was great! Not a sweet bread smell like MC's.
  19. BC's is very almond in my opinion. I really like it but it's not skin safe and I really try to get more bang for my buck and make sure most of my scents are B&B safe too. White cake from JS was very good but I prefer birthday cake from JS. It all depends on what you want because white cake has less of the buttercream frosting note to my nose. DS Cake Batter is really good too.
  20. Hi Steph, I recognize you from the BC message board! Really, I already have some from BC too that I haven't used! Thanks!
  21. Oh my! I just found what you were talking about! I checked the message boards on WSP and there is a vanilla browning neutralizer for lotions! Here's the link: http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=3562 Thanks for pointing me in the right direction scentsme!
  22. Thanks scentsme for the reply! I've seen van stabilizer for cp & mp but never have seen it mentioned for lotions. I was wondering if anyone knew if it could be used in lotion or if there was some specific type I should use. WSP and BC's both say for lotion.
  23. I've been using the same lotion base for the last 2 years and I love it. The only problem is that it turns brown easily with a lot of my FO's. I've done a search here and haven't come up with much of anything. I was wondering if there is a vanilla stabilizer for lotion and where can I get it? Thanks for any help you can give:)
  24. I'm not sure where you're located but it looks like Gateway Foods still has it. They're located in IL. http://www.gatewayfoodproducts.com/soywax.htm
  25. SOS Wild Watermelon for sure!
