  1. Does anyone have a logo program. I have a company logo in auto cad I can scan it and email it. I need to have someone that can make logos. Thanks Rob in tx
  2. Henry this is Robert again Im not sure if they are still in business but Dallas Candle Supply sells the molds with or without the holes. Im curious of what you have in mind for them without the holes. Something for everyone to think about and I will try to get a picture up soon is using a rubber grommet in the bottom hole. One of my customers sent a mold to me with one in it. The rod fits in the hole in the grommet in the bottom. She never has to use mold sealer, tape or anything. and the rod fits in very snug. She is in Dallas and I will ask her if it is alright to post her name and where she gets the grommets from. It is a really good idea for the bottom of molds. The bottms need to be metal molds with a base or the concave bottoms. Anyway check out Dallas Candle Supply and see if they are still in business. HTH Rob in tx
  3. Thanks Henryk I think I fixed it. Rob in tx
  4. Thanks Topofmurrayhill. Are you using an aluminum or steel pillar mold. I could take a 4" and bend it with the 3" jig and the legs would be a little longer and it might give you a better fit if you are tilting the mold or moving it. I don't think the hole is large enough to make the wick off centered that would be more than about 1/32" or less. Anyway we will be making them for the containers as well they will fit the containers that the EZ Wick Setter fits. It will also have multiple holes for double wicking as well. Thanks Rob in tx
  5. Topofmurryhill this is Robert with EZ Wick Systems I think a while back we had talked and I mentioned that I was going to have them made with a plastic injection mold. But the ones you have now are made of metal and you can bend the ends in and make it snug. It is very easy to make it fit snug there are a lot of different size pillar molds as for as thickness. We are hoping to have the plastic injected ones hopefully out by the first of the year. You can send me your mold and tools and I can bend them to make them fit for you. Our shipping address is on our site. Henryk we are the only ones that sell the wick centering tool right now because I make them by hand. I fixed the site so it does not show that we are out stock anymore. Eugenia I know you had gotten some and mentioned that you were not really happy with them or something you were not real happy with. You can send them back and I will refund your money. Or if there is anything else I can do to fix them let me know. Rob in tx
  6. Anna this is Robert. Don or myself did not take it as bashing at all. We need to know if you are having problems. We look at it as constructive critisizm. We try and take care of any issues. We have a lot of customers that love it. Some containers are different and if the tool sets your wicks to close together or to far apart we can fix that for you. We fix them on a as needed basis. For some they are just right and maybe the tool doesnt fit their container opening we can fix that too. So dont feel like you were bashing us we offer adjusting the tool to different settings as a service to our customers. Thanks, Robert and Don
  7. Hey Fern, If you have a dollar tree anywhere around, check by the scungies (sp) and you might be able to find the ones that have an opening in them (they are shaped like a tube, but same material). Put all you're little soaps in there, and close end and see what type of lather you get out of it! Let me know if that works for ya. HTH Steph in tx

  9. I know a lot of people use the Wick Pins, here is an alternative. It is easy to use and I have them for many sizes. You can seal the bottom and place the tool in from the top. It automatically sets the wick hole without having to worry about coming thru the bottom or putting the wick pin inside, the rod makes it easy to pull the candle out of the mold and also the handle makes it easy to pull the rod out of the candle. You can use the tool with or without the rod. If you pour with the wick in the candle the tool works the same just pull the wick thru the hole and clip it. These work great if you make chunk pillar candles the rod will not move on you. You can still pour with this on and poke your releif holes. I make these out of metal right by hand now and I am getting bids from Plastic Mold companies to make these for me. The rod is Stainless Steel so it is easy to remove. You can check out our site and go to the Wick Centering Tool page and check out some of the different sizes. The 2, 3 and 4 inch fit the round square and octagon shaped molds. Not trying to change anybody just offering an alternative. You can seal the hole in the mold and make a lot of pours before you have to redo the bottom, the site shows different ways to seal the bottom. The tool works with flat bottom or concave molds. Thanks Thanks Robert and Don EZ Wick Systems www.ezwicksys.com
  10. I am not familiar with this type of wax and additives, or the exact way you tested (7 hours straight?) Did the candle have a shell? The wick sounds right for the diameter of the candle, but was it in the center all the way thru? Maybe it got a little close to one side? We hug our pillars as they burn, but don't burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Don't know if this helps at all..... Steph
