If only i had somekind of work/pour room. I for right now am at the mercy of my kitchen. I use to have a kitchen table lol. I think i spend most of my time in the kitchen cooking,cleaning,pouring,soaping, uhh when will it ever end lol. Im trying to kick my husband from the basement, he makes bird houses ect. down there but he has a full time job and im a stay at home mom, who works from home also, i think i need it more then him, but he wont budge:sad2:

I make the candle crumbles Which is scoopable tarts, (spoon as much as you need in your tart warmers) I tie a spoon (plastic tester spoons)with ribbon or homespun onto the cello bag. Never heard of this kind of scoopable tart. Ya learn something new every day with this addiction:rolleyes2

lol to these posts. I was just trying to figure out the amount of oils and supplies coming this week if ALL my packages were to come this week. Well i know i have 69 oils coming and shoogie sold me molds,ect. HHmm i think i need help because im so excited over the fact of all my goodies will possibly be coming this week or next, I should become the madam of the fo ho's lol, but tomorrows doomsday my ups guy comes to my house when he feels like it:rolleyes2 anywhere between 130 pm till 4pm i get my deliveries. I think i got it...... he does know about the purchases i made on the classifieds sooooooooo i'll just tell him its one of there packages that arrived earlier then expected. yea thats what i'll do (there should be a *pat yourself on the back* smiley icon)

Well..... i think i may have been caught. I have sent out 2 seperate money orders because i bought off the classifieds this week which my husband knows about which is fine but i also have a BIG cod order that he doesn't know about coming on tuesday:shocked2: He told me he might take a vacation day on tuesday *faint* . He normally doesn't mind because he is aware of the budget and we do have extra money here and there to get what i need besides he knows there are scents i need DESPERATELY or i just wont make it on earth another day ( right everyone *wink*)but of all days he wants to take off ....he takes off on the day im trying to be slippery lol. wish me luck!

well..... Im only going yto say maybe acouple weeks. I put mine in the car in the begining spring(that'll show you its been awhile since i have made them) And with the weather warming it would soften the wax and they gave off a great throw. Then i made aroma ornies and that ofcourse got put in my car instead and hung my saltdough ornie in the kitchen but that smell faded quickly because unfortunately my pouring/work room is my kitchen lol and i didn't take notice to it after that. So to shorten this up....... there the best in the car i think or in a smaller area. .

This might sound like a silly question but do they burn ok in the tartwarmers or are they for decoration only?

:smiley2: After you cooked and cool your ornies i let them sit for a day or 2 before i dip them. Anyway i just make my wax (pillar/votive) no need to color because i either color with cinnamon if im dipping with cinnamon notes or i just color the dough before i bake them. Melt my wax (perfect if you have scrap wax) add my fo and dip usually around 170 to 180 degrees. If you dipped twice then i have always had the second dip wax alittle hotter (not sure if that makes much differnce but thats how i do it. I add alittle extra fo and dip once maybe twice it can be your preference. HTH:smiley2:

When the nerve does strike you just let me know.. All the hair barrettes & ribbons are brand new and there is plenty to share. I wish i had the patience to try and post a pic to show you what the finished results are using some barrettes. But anyway just give me a holler if you want to try them one day:)

Hi everyone i just have a quick question , hopefully someone will be able to answer. My husband called me from the turf club in philly and one of the ladies who works there put an order in and one of the items she asked for was a salt dough ornie which is fine but she wanted to know if i can put her dads name on it:confused: . I never did that before just baked them then scented them.. How would i do this? paint it on ? And if the answer is yes would i do it before or after it is baked? I swear the littlest things give me heartburn lol. So i told my husband to tell her that im sure i could but my mind wasn't working fast enough on how to go about it. Any help please? Thanks Topofmurrayhill... Im actually going to make some tarts today and see how it goes. I guess i should start off with 1/2 tsp of vybar because im not sure if there is even any in there. Thanks again I'll let ya's know how they turn out.
