    Ditto here for me! I try to keep stock at home and at my shoppe! I usually make at least 7 of each! (God's perfect number) That way I have a schedule and it looks better when the shelves are full! plus when orders come in I can get them out pronto!

    if you add each individual color (as per chart specs) to your soap/lotion/etc the colors may not incorporate properly (due to some FO'S and bases have thier own natural coloring) to the specific color you are trying for! Guess who tested it???????? trust me it is better to mix them BEFORE you add to your base!

    I have used 3 chips in a pound of palm waxes just to achieve a certain color but it took forever for them to melt with the wax! I turned to my liquid color set and don't use as half as much!

    Do What Stella Says!!!!!!!! oh I use the Frost for my containers and the straburst for my pillars, wax melts and votives!

    these are called "Keepsakes" Jars the 16 oz is actually 14 oz. and the 10 oz is about 8 oz. NO you are not losing your mind! HTH

    got one better!!! I use candle warmers and add my left over wax in a small glass measuring cup (gotta have that handle) then when my palm wax candles starts to set up good I poke relief holes and re-pour!!!! Walmart carrys these and they are inexspensive! it saves on me going upstairs to my stove!

    So do I!!!!!!!! I hate cleaning out pots !!!! I love my prestos! I just knock out the plug in from the pot instead of turning the dial off! that way I don't have to guess the temp on it either! It stays where I left it If and when I get some more cash I am gonna buy the turtle palm wax and buy another presto!!!! I love that pattern!

    how much wax are you using? I dye the heck out of mine Some FO's I want that darker color (not always turns out that way:grin2: ) but I haven't had any problems with the burn or scent! but I use the liquid dye! I quit using the chips! they took forever to melt in the wax plus I get a better color with the liquid color!

    wouldn't it be hot on your hands with out a handle???? I can't see grabbing that with hot palm wax and trying to pour! sorry!

    that candle with the wood wick looks nasty sorry! it looks like some of the black is in the wax. I wouldn't want that! I have never seen one of these burning in person so maybe it is the way the pic is taken?

    I use plastic and aluminum molds! Mine... there isn't any difference in the crystals, but that is not a major concern with me! the hot throw and burn is my pet peeve right now! HTH but it is all a matter of preference!

    Hi! I use the Select Shades for my soap, bath & body products. It is the easiest coloring to use and over 800 different color shades! Anyone else here use it? I have been using these for 4 years now! here is the site- www.selectshades.com I buy the basic 8 set! You can download and print out the formula charts! it is the best thing on the market! imo Just wanted to share!

    OK I ordered the Pink Sugar FO! Is it suppose to smell sweet? I love the smell! what is it suppose to smell like? A client of mine asked for this fragrance! I can't wait to test a candle in this!!!! Thanks!
