  1. I'm sorry. It would be hard to find because their web address is totally different. It is http://www.hodgepodgegifts.com/fragrance-oil.html I happened upon it looking for a fragrance oil.
  2. I found their site and wanted to see if anyone on this board has purhased from them? If so, how was the service and products? Thank you.
  3. I have never used EO's and would like to test some foot soak using them. What is the difference in using EO's instead of FO's in foot soaks?
  4. Do you think Carmen's Silky Suds recipe would be good as a foot soak? I want to make this for Christmas gifts with a foot brush. I was thinking to leave out the SLSA so that the pan they use to soak in doesn't overflow with bubbles. Should I add something in place of the SLSA? Here are the original ingredients: 16 oz. baking soda 4 oz. citric acid 8 oz. SLSA 7 oz. sea salt 3.5 oz. dry non-fat milk Fragrance oil Skin safe colorant, if desired Thank you.
  5. I need to make six 8 ounce bottles of room spray and need to find out how much a full gallon bottle weighs so that I can weigh my bottle to see if I have enough. I really don't want to have to purchase another gallon of it because after this order I am going to stop selling it. I think I have enough, but it is going to be close. If you have a full gallon of it would you weigh it and let me know? Thank you, Donna B.
  6. I will be using this in body spray and soy candles. If you have tried any of the ones I found, which do you like the best? Thank you.
  7. Here is a website that has them up to 4" long reach: http://www.1stopsquare.com/hole.html I have never ordered from this place. Just found the site in a search.
  8. Candlewic.com says their 125 is pure soy and KY's 125 has cottonseed in it. So if I am looking at it correctly, you really can't go by just 125 being in the name of the wax because they are not all the same if one is pure and the other has cottonseed in it. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
  9. I just ordered some and like them. Just make sure when you print on them that you change your setting for the type of paper or they will smear. I changed my setting to heavy. Maybe only print one label at first to make sure they print good.
  10. I like the looks of your soaps. I agree with you on using the dollies. Nice touch.
  11. I did a craft show yesterday where this man handed out information on an upcoming craft show at their church. This will be their first show and will be for three nights (6 PM to 10 PM) that will coincide with the communities event that will be going on. They are not asking for a certain dollar amount for the booths. The paper says “generous donation to church requested”. I paid $25 for one booth space at the church I was at yesterday for one day. If I decide to do the other show I don't want to come across cheap. What amount do you think would be generous? I was thinking $25 per night since that is what I paid to the church yesterday for one space and not knowing how well their show will do since this will be the first ever show for the other church. Has anyone ever done a show where they did not set a price for the booth space? Thank you.
  12. If you do a search for clay in the Melt & Pour section, you will find some info. Here is one link: http://www.craftserver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31692&highlight=clay
  13. If I have 1 pound 8 ounces wax and I am using 1.25 ounce FO per pound, would I need 1.9 ounce (rounded off) FO? Thank you.
  14. I have seen a measuring chart on a suppliers site that will break it down even to drops. Say you wanted 1/8 oz. it would break it down to drops from a dropper. Thank you.
  15. I am looking for gussett polypro bags that will hold one pound of carpet fresh or sink freshener.
  16. if so, how did you like them. I asked if they were polypro and the lady didn't know but asked someone else who told her that the company that makes them originally made them for scented products. Has anyone used them for bath salts, and other scented items? The reason I want to order from them is I can get them in two days and can order small quantities. Thank you.
  17. Does anyone know if the cello bags in the candy making area at Michaels are polypro? Thank you.
  18. if you use a black lid on your candle jar, what color of label do you use? Thank you.
  19. I had someone from another board tell me I should put the 2 FO's in a jar for a couple of days and shake ever so often. I wanted to see what some of you on this board thought. I couldn't figure out why it would mater one way or another.
  20. I have never mixed FO's before and wanted to find out if I should mix them in a jar and let set for a couple days before putting into wax or is it okay to just put the 2 FO's straight into my wax without letting them set in a jar first? I use 435 wax if that makes a difference. Thank you.
  21. I had an excel spreadsheet that you put the cost of your supplies in it and it would figure your cost, wholesale and retail cost. I am in the process of changing computers and saved it on a flash stick which is at work and I'm at home. I have shared it with others on this board. If by chance you have this excel spreadsheet, would you send it to me? Thank you.
  22. can I use a different name on my product? For instance, my tax id # is in the name of Scents & More, I call my candle line _____ Candles and bath and body line I would call something different or does everything have to be called the same thing or do I have to file each name with the tax office? Thank you.
  23. I cannot find my paperwork that came with my KD7000 scale and have a question. When I turn my scale on there is what kind of looks like an eye or the symbol from I think it is CBS without the black circle on the top left of the screen and then at the bottom left it has –0-. Does anyone know what these two things mean? Thank you, Donna B. Added: After using the scale I think the -0- is when you Tare out. Still don't know what the other symbol is.
