  16. I've been wanting to try the mousse but at that price how do you think your going to be able to sell it... I just think it's going to be to pricey....
  17. I have an easy recipe for bath truffles and it called for citric acid... is this the same as the citric acid you get where the baking stuff is in the grocery store..?
  18. Look for an Indpendent Agent who writes with a company called Merchants Insurance Group... they'll write candle makers. Depending on what your sales are and how much coverage your looking for.. you'll probably fall into the minumum premium of $450.00 per year. If you want you can PM me your zip code & email address and I can send you a list of agents in your area. I'd love to help you out more but I'm not licensed to write in PA
  19. www.stonestewsouth.com here's the site.. her stuff is wonderful and she's really great to deal with.. fast shipping and great prices.... if your a coffee drinker - try her's... it's to dye for !@!!!
  20. Just be very careful.. I had a bad experience ordering from there ordered some melt warmers and they were way to small so they smoked & cracked.. he wouldn't take them back..... buyer beware !!!
  21. it's not always true that your homeowners company will drop you as my business policy and homeowners are with the same company. One thing I don't think a lot of people think about is all the supplies you have in you home - or if you do craft shows. You DO NOT have coverage under your homeowners for property used in business, or if you were going to a craft show or home party and were involved in an accident, you don't have coverage under your auto for everything in you vehicle.. just something to think about !
  22. what you really need to do is open the phone book and start calling to see if any agents in your area have a company that will write coverage for a candle maker... or bath & body if that's what your looking for. It really varies state by state - have you checked with your agent?
  23. that's exactly the one I have.... my son got it at Target (he works there) a couple years ago on clearence for about $20.00
  24. the one I have is what you would deep fry a turkey in only it's electric.... are we talking about the same thing...?
  25. anyone here use one to melt wax? My son bought me one a couple years ago - haven't had a chance to use it yet - we figured it'll hold about 45lbs of wax. Just wondering if anyone uses one.... thanks !
