  1. Angi, those soaps look great to me!
  2. Wow, those colors are gorgeous. I'm in awe!
  3. Sabrina, that's great! I hope this is the first of many, many orders for you!
  4. What about something like Squeaky Clean Skin? That doesn't seem like it could be interpreted as making a medical claim, but the product does leave skin squeaky clean, apparently (thus the reduced breakouts!).
  5. I've ordered once, and they shipped very quickly. I've been happy with what I got, too (some of the paper shreds for packing, shrink wrap, and decorated cellophane bags).
  6. I didn't even get this week's free sample, as I didn't care for it, either. But I did order! Here's what I'm getting (this time ): White Rose Bergamot Sea Air Sandalwood Brombeereflecken Polar Express Tassi Lavender Macapuno Sorbet Bossa Nova The list of "still want" is much longer than that, but I had to start somewhere.
  7. Not necessarily that you've used, just the most random one you've found listed somewhere as you were browsing. Mine? Used Motor Oil from Taylored Concepts. Honestly, I can't think of any application where that might be a good smell.
  8. Ooh, I forgot about Tassi Lavender - thanks, Kymber! I'm looking for more of a straight lavender, so that would be better, I think. Man, that order just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
  9. I'm still plotting - has anyone tried Lavender Fantasy, Thai Coconut, or Pineapple Crush?
  10. Oh, my "yet to buy" list is so long, it makes me cry. And I may have to give Sakura Blossoms a try, but not on this order - too many tempting oils to buy in one whack!
  11. I've already got a similar scent from elsewhere, so I'm not looking at it right this minute. When I've got more money to play with, that may change! And hey, weren't you the one raving about Bossa Nova and Macapuno Sorbet? I'm going with those on your say-so (and because they sound really good!).
  12. Can't edit, so I'm double posting. I think this will be my first order: Amber Vanilla Blooming White Tea Bossa Nova Macapuno Sorbet Polar Express Provence Aire Sea Air Sandalwood Thai Coconut Pineapple Crush White Rose Bergamot
  13. OK, I'm still plotting my order - I'm having a heck of a time making up my mind! Has anyone used both Inishmoor and Polar Express? How do they compare? I'm wondering how strong the spruce note is in Polar Express. They both sound like good sinus-clearing minty scents, but I wasn't sure about the spruce.
  14. Call it Tea for Two - tea for the tea and lemon Danish, and "for two" because of the sultry note from the amber.
  15. Dee, I don't know how it compares as I've never tried NG's Chocolate Covered Cherries, but Millcreek has a Chocolate Covered Cherries that smells good to my nose and is body safe. Hope that helps, and I'm sorry the NG isn't body safe - I hate it when I find something I just love but can't use for bath goodies!
  16. Nothing fancy, just a round soap, no color - I used the shaving soap/heavy lather base and scented it with Backwoods' Black Irish: In the molds, setting up The finished product (no flash used, and one was wrapped in green plastic wrap) The finished product (flash used) I know it doesn't compare in complexity to what a lot of y'all do. But for a first outing, I think it turned out pretty well! My husband likes it and says it works well, too, so that's good to know.
  17. See, I'd had my eye on Amber Glow and Maharani Padparadscha - you might sway me in favor of those! And Sweetgrass. Dang it. Where's that winning lotto ticket when I need it?
  18. So what do you have? Some of them may be on my other lists, and you might talk me into them.
  19. These are what I'm considering right.this.minute (right now I'm thinking good summery scents, with a whole 'nother list in mind for later in the year and for a collection I'm rolling around in my head): Botella de Esencia Inishmoor Raspberry Bombe Adirondack Bossa Nova Carpe Diem Ferns of Muir Woods Freesia Rose Fresh Cut Carnations Georgia Peach Get Lei'd Grapefruit Cassis Hooah! Italian Granita Ice Macapuno Sorbet Mandarin Basil Lime Midori Champagne Passionfruit Mimosa Peche de Miel Pomegranate Orange Sea Air Sandalwood Silk Haiku White Rose Bergamot Good grief. If any of these have been real stinkers for anyone, please let me know - I need to cut down this list!
  20. OK, to afford all the oils I now want from here, I've got to win the lotto. The list is long, and there are some coming out later this year that sound good, too.
  21. Jess, I'm so glad it looks like your issues will be taken care of, and glad to hear that Millcreek was so good about it! Seems like every time we turn around, we're hearing another example of poor customer service - it's nice to hear a good experience once in a while.
  22. Oh, Jess, that's awful. {{{{HUGS}}}} I guess you used your bank card and not a credit card? Either way, you didn't authorize the charges, and there should be some way to stop it from going through three times. If the first person you talk to can't help, go up the food chain and ask to speak to a manager, someone who does have the authority to do something, and keep pestering Millcreek.
  23. Great, now I'm scoping out Southern Soapers. I need more FOs like I need a hole in my head, but they all sound so good! I'm eyeballing Texas Bluebonnets and Yellow Rose of Texas, and maybe Guns & Roses. And a whole bunch of others, too. (Kymber, it's your fault, you and that Botella de Esencia. )
