I still haven't heard from her. I placed my order 03-06-2006. She said it would take a couple of weeks to fill my order but tomorrow it will be a month. I have patience but the least she could have done is sent me an update E-mail. I sent her one today asking for an update on the order. So...I would have to say customer service is non existant and I will not order from her again.

I like them too but if it were me, on your logo, I'd make the web address smaller, in a regular font and under the picture of the yoga girl. I'd also make the "TM" smaller and in a regular font to look more professional.

I like the first one too because it's easier to read. Also, with all of the black on the second one, it might get smudgy looking on a small label.

I put in an order from the Nayah one. I ordered and the charge card was debited. Two days later I got an E-mail saying she didn't have what I needed in stock. She said I could either wait two weeks OR she would cancell my order and credit my card. I told her I could wait. It's only been one week of waiting though. In a perfect world, I wish I would have known they weren't in stock before I wasted my time and sent in my charge card info. Also an e-mail sayin I'm not forgotten about would be nice. So far I can't really say it's bad service because it isn't. But if it doesn't arrive in about 10 more days I'll re-think that.

Robin your bombs are the bomb! When I first heard of bath bombs I bought a few of them in a bath shop. They were shrink wrapped and looked nice but I had a terrible time getting them open. I was sitting in the tub, trying to get a hole started with my teeth while trying not to get it wet. I finally got a hole in it and had to let it fizz away in the wrapper. Not quite the ambiance I was going for.

I got some from From Nature With Love too. It was sort of hard to mix up though. Someone told me the DSM from Kangaroo Blue was easier to mix up because it came in a pouch instead of a tub so you could squish it around. Don't know if that's true though, you might ask first.

If you deside to use them you could put them in a bag and take a hammer to them first. Cheap therapy too!

Oh my...I really like it. Nice and simple and easy to read. I like the do-dad on the R too. I might make the name Laurel Mill a wee bit shorter but that would be all.

I'd stay away from rose because the scent reminds me of a funeral home, but that is probably just me. Meridith...great idea!

Is it just in the jars you've used or in some of the others too? I was thinking maybe something from a hand "infected" them. But if it's in the jars you haven't used then it's probably something in all of them. Also, just because you can't see it doesn't mean it isn't in the others too. Could be spores or whatever they are, waiting to hatch. Sorry this is happening to all of your hard work! :embarasse

Not to add fuel to the fire BUT, it seems like it's always some one elses fault. If you are going to be responsible enough to play with hot wax or lye, own a business and a web site, then it is your responsibility to check what is going out to the public. I would be past angry if I were copied. All this coming from some one who doesn't have a business or a web site yet.:tiptoe:

I hate to order on line, have my cc charged, wait two weeks checking the mail box every day, and then get an E-mail saying they are out of stock. Why did they let me waste my time ordering something they don't have? Just to get my info and keep me from ordering some place else??? Surely not!
