  1. Thanks Meredith, I'll have to check them out. The reason I loved BNL's green tea was because it was a dupe of Elizabeth Ardens green tea and I absolutely love it.

  6. I can just imagine the weeks it will take for the wax to cool. The two big one's I've done take about 24 hours.

  8. I bought a stylus awhile ago, the only problem I have is using the wax paint. Any suggestions? It was fun to use and when I get back to making candles again it will be something I want to do.

  12. I have two large molds. One is I think 6x12 and the other 6x9. I cant remember off hand. One weighed ten pounds and the other around 7lbs. They are cool to have just take forever to cool and make.
  13. I remember eons ago JulieKay got those molds from One Stop. She had a hard time with them just thought I'd let you know.
  14. Sure you can use a grater if that's the easiest for you. I've used a carrot peeler as well and just a knife.

  17. I live in Mission Viejo, just down the freeway I guess you could say from you Right now I'm taking a break from making candles as I started a job and am going thru a divorce. Those are a little time consuming at the moment. I've even thought of selling all my supplies recently. There are many suppliers that I have used......just depends what I needed to order at the time.
  18. Warm soap and water or heat gun very carefully.
  19. I'm from Orange County I've used Genwax but I tend to use other suppliers more.
  20. I've gotten rustics in tins by changing the temp of the wax poured. The only difference is the smooth finish on the outside but still are rustic looking.
  21. I've never had a problem making the bb votives, and now I use astro v for them. The only thing is finding a container to burn them in because I never thought burning them freestanding made sense, but each to their own I guess
