  1. Cute idea. We always learn something each time we try. :smiley2:
  2. I guess I'm one of the few who uses vanilla stabilizer from BC. I also add TD to insure a whiter bar a lot of times with no problem.
  3. Those are gorgeous!! I would probably use them as displays, they are too pretty to use.
  4. Looks pretty, great colors and swirls.
  5. WOW! Those are beautiful and that is an honest opinion. lol
  6. Aww. What a cute idea and soap. It still looks good.
  7. That looks really good! Be prepared, I have withdraws if I don't soap for a few days. lol
  8. Yes it is, I have soap in the gallery with this one.
  9. That is gorgeous! I have not tried adding purees or food yet so I had to color. Yours looks more like pumpkin and it is natural coloring. I love the way you did it!
  10. That looks so good I want to roll in it!!!
  11. It is hard when you are trying to find an exact dupe. If not, then my boys and grandsons and friends love them all. You can't really go wrong with any of them when gifting soaps and body sprays. Compared to the cost of the real thing and they all smell pretty darn good. I know it is different when you are selling and need an exact dupe though.
  12. I have tried Jody's and Southern Scentsations. This is from my son who loves Fierce.... Jody's was sort of fruity and musk and was the strongest. Southern Scentsations was a little spicier. He thought Jody's was the closest. SS is cheaper and he is fine with it for soap because he buys the real Fierce cologne to wear. Don't know if this helps any.
  13. Ohhh!! I love the colors and design you got, how fun.
  14. Your chunks show up great, very pretty.
  15. I saw some that were really similar at Brambleberry and Dianna's Sugar Plum Sundries once. Wooden mold with Lexan sides, dividers and foam on bottom but when I looked yesterday they were no longer there. (I think someone copied our idea) j/k Since Wayne is retired we would love to be able to make and provide these, we've had many inquiries. The right table saw he needs costs several hundred dollars. The cheap one he has doesn't have settings to make perfectly measured cuts. It takes him a full day to just make one and is not as perfect as he would want to sell. With the right saw he could probably make one in a couple of hours instead of 8. lol If we ever come across a good deal on a saw we would sure be willing to make some for anyone interested.
  16. I used sugar and salt. I thought it would do the same as SL but the texture looks funny to me. Did you see the close up? I'll try the SL next time and go back to 38%. So good to see you again. Are you doing better now? You look great!!
  17. Wayne made these. Here are the instructions..Kinda long http://www.craftserver.com/forums/showpost.php?p=772936&postcount=34 http://www.craftserver.com/forums/showpost.php?p=772937&postcount=35
