  1. Well I bet the gremlins are tried after all that hard work ruining your bath bombs...your body mousse will be fine. Anyway I think they're at my house now messing around with my bath bombs.
  2. They are all beautiful. I like the middle one the best. I tried doing one -once- and gave up when I realized that I suck at it. I applaude you!!!
  3. Yep 1343 by itself is awful. I haven't tried 6228 or the ky blend but I did liked the J223 mixed with soy and a touch of 1343 I finally settled with CB some 143 Parafin and soy and it works great at 8% It was 10% that people gave me hard time saying the scent was too strong.
  4. I used to use a IGI pillar blend but prefer my own blend now.
  5. I pour the clams..and two squares only last about 8 hours for me. When I up'd my % of FO to make them stronger I got a few complaints about it being too strong. So I went back to my regular.."non complainging" formula and am content with the 8 hours....For now anyway
  6. I do it purple too. Its the first color that came to me when I though about the name.
  7. http://abodycandle.com/wst_page5.html Here's one. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  8. LOL. Thats really cute. Welcome to the board!!:smiley2: Just wait till Top see's this......
  9. Its for gay pride. I get alot of requests for these. I love making the pillars. But when people start asking for votives..I say no way! Forgot to add....Your candle looks very nice
  10. These do work great! I got mine from a resturant supply place. That extra handle is really helpful..
  11. Asking for the work addy is great but aslo I won't ship on Thrusdays or Fridays once May is here. It runs the risk of the package being left on a truck over the weekend and those trucks stay out in the heat. Last year I didn't have one complaint of melted candles.
  12. Peaks is good but I like Lonestars. I tried Cierra's and it had a great throw but I had a hard time wicking it so I just use Lonestars now.
  13. I agree take em with you. Backyard fire pits are very popular and a great way to market them for this time of year.
  14. I just found this one for crystal clog remover. http://www.zepcommercial.com/pdfzep/zcry2.12.30.03.pdf
  15. Try doing a search on zep. I typed in "is zep lye" and came up with safety data sheets. But since I don't know the exact product you bought I don't know if any of them pertained to what you have.
  16. I use to use the hot glue but I switched to the silicone. For me its just easier to use.
  17. I house mine in a shed in the backyard. It fits two pallets perfectly. In the summer it gets way hot and does mis-shape but it doesn't melt out of the boxes. My biggest problem is getting the slabs broken down because they all get stuck together........My container wax is stored under my counters inside my work room.
  18. Those are really cute. I wish I had a Hobby Lobby near me.
  19. Thanks for that recipe. My girls will have a new project for summer break.
  20. I pour boiling water in them to clean it too. Then wipe it out with the paper towel. I did put them in the oven once set it 150 and left in there for about 10 mins. It didn't melt the plastic but it did get all foggy looking. :undecided
  21. I'm sorry to hear that your not making candles anymore but I'm glad your gonna stick around. I wish you the best for your surgury and hope you have a quick recovery.
