  1. Here is an easy one that I like: I don't see a need for alcohol I've never seen a recipe call for it. Bath Salts 1/2 Cup baking soda 1/4 cup sea salts(I have found the fine grain at the grocery store or health food store) 1/4 cup plain table salt 1 tsp vegetable glycerin(Michaels, Hobby Lobby) A few drops(FO) Fragance Oil(to your scent preference it does need to have a pretty strong scent) and color if desired.(FO and the color can be purchased at Michaels, Hobby Lobby. It must say for bath products or skin safe) Mix together baking soda, sea salt and table salt in a ziploc style bag. When well mixed add glycerin, FO and color. rubbing the bag between your hands to distribute evenly when it is well mixed and has no lumps pour into a jar with scoop, or colorful cellophane bags. There are so many container that you can find to put these in. Add a little hang tag that says what fragrance it is and then instructions: Add ½ cup to warm running water. Swish around to dissolve. Makes about 10oz net wt.
  2. You can just use epsom salts add your fo and mix well> I mix it in a ziploc bag it's easier and gets blended better. What do you have on hand?

  5. Very nice and so many possibilities for it. I too would like ot know the size. I've never seen one that big.
  6. Very nice I love the colors and the label looks wonderful. Do you think he would design one for me? lol
  7. I just used regular paraffin that I bought at the grocery store and added some stearic. The mold I bought from a lady posting on another forum. I'll let you know how it burns tomorrow night.
  8. No I was very surprised. It plopped right out of the mold with no problem at all. I think I should have triple wicked though. I'm going to take it as a show candle tomorrow and then try burning tomorrow night. These urethane molds are the bomb lol
  9. Here is my first loaf candle. It smells just like fresh bread that just came out of the oven. Mmmmmmmmmmm I love the grubby molds Sorry my camera isnt the best.
  10. I'm going to have to try this. Can you do this with soy?
  11. Okay my cardboard air freshners are getting rave reviews from my customers so I think they are going to be a go and a good seller. Just wanted to update.
  12. I made up 3 4 ounce glasses the other day and sold all 3 of them. I also put them on the cardboard air freshners and my customers are wild about them. I used BCN's Smoke & Odor Eliminator. So it seems these are going to be on my bestseller list.
  13. Here are 2 of my palm pillars. The purple is Hyacinth and the blue is Harmonizing this smells wonderful. You cant see the feathers on the blue one very good. Sorry I can't get it to resize.
  14. I use the Palm Wax from Candle Wic and never had a problem with it coming out of the mold. I spray some pam and when it starts pulling away from the sides it slides right out. Expect for one I made today lol I filled it to the top of the mold and cut off the wick so I didn't have anything to pull it out with boy was it fun trying to get that bugger out. I normally don't even have to pull on the wick it just falls right out. I love their wax.
  15. Thank you Christina it does help:cheesy2:
  16. I bought a pound of this wax to try. I was wondering what is the best temp to heat it to and pour it at?
  17. I didn't see a sample size on their website. How do I get a sample?
  18. Does anyone make the fold over type cards that you place on bags and hole punch them for a hanging display? Hope you understand what I'm talking about. I made some of the cardboard air freshners and I'm putting them in cello bags. I want the fold over type cards to staple on them but I don't have any idea what size/type of template it would use. I thought of the business cards but I think they would be to small after folded over. I've tried regular cards and they were wayyyyyyyy to big. Wonder if the postcard size would work? LOL sorry just thinking out loud. Any help/ideas please!!!!
  19. WOW very cool, unusual and different looks good
  20. Now why didn't i think of that lmao I will let you know
  21. Does anyone know who carries this? I am in desperate need of about 4 ounces.
  22. I didn't know where else to put this. Has anyone tried using the smoke odor eliminator FO on these to put in cars? I was wondering if they eliminate smoke odors in the car. I have someone who doesn't smoke and her DH does and her car smells terrible of smoke so I thought maybe this would eliminate it.
  23. I know that the consensus for the 8 ounce jj is the Eco 4 which I found works very good. I'm wondering if that size would also work for the 6 Ounce Hex because it has a smaller diameter.
