  1. They are just as bad, they dont have the insert crates to protect the candles either.
  2. I called U-line and they were like DUHHHHHHHHHH.
  3. In tarts they last 4 hours and fade. This is a sooty FO. I have smelled a better CC Then the candlemakers store but they both have the same problems.
  4. I had a beanpod once. Chai tea. Great cold throw, but didn't do a heck of a lot for hot. Still nice though. Wicks remind me of htps. Do they double wick the apothecaries? You had a Beanopod once and then asked whether they are double wicked? Maybe you forgot? No, they are single wicked. As far as cold throw, i didnt like it. Never sold either. The Teas that i currently make will throw enough to open a barnsdoor in Iowa.
  5. Tell the Dip that if she bought a tart, burn it for 5 hours a day for 30 days, she would be out $30 to $47.00 depending on scent and maker. Its a very cheap way to scent. Let her know this.
  6. True patchouli $32 to $52.00 a lb. True Sandlewood Between $350 and $780. LOL......... The first can be done, the second, well, i am sure there is a fo thats like the Eo, Not sure.
  7. I thought they have to cure for a month? Or is that the cold process or doing it the old fashioned way? I never made soap.
  8. Oliviaclare@tds.net since you have your private e-mail message inactive.
  9. The two hutches, we have 6 in the store, are from another store we had and before we started to use colors for most scents. Those are just the black metal lids, our labels werent done yet and we now have frosted and clear with or without the metal lids, the metal lids in a month will also come in a silver and bronze cap besides the black. We also do poured votives in plastic and glass, those pics will be added tonight i think.
  10. GRAND CANYON was my favorite, pineapple was above average and those are two they got rid of????????? Pretty genius, while they keep duds like Poppy Fields etc. Beachwalk was good also but thate a easy fo to do.
  11. https://www.craftlister.com/OliviaClares/Details/ ......... There is a change in one pic and 2 new ones tonight. Maybe after the sopranos!
  12. Drop the soy under the label, it will look more neat and uniform. Hand and body cream. In fact, do a Hand cream seperate from the body lotion. The hand cream, put in a small tube or whatever and get the same money as the larger body lotion. Maybe kick in another ingredient for the hands though.
  13. They typically only have mason jars and jelly jars only and that does not have mass appeal. But for testing or fundraisers, i guess they are ok. All depends on what you want to do.
  14. Yes, they use the wax, they add non-soy or veggies oils to the wax, and the TEMPERTURE is not a machine process but a storage process that us small candles makers cannot build. There will be a better wax soon for soy, how much better, who knowS. Thats all i can say. Or i lose a leg. LOL
  15. 2x2 If you count the scent label. Clear.
  16. $3.50 maybe $3.99 in a rich town if it holds 3 ounces, shipments late.
  17. Smaller, people want to see color and the flame. Metal lids would help the look also.
  18. How much are you suppose to pay for 18 ounces?
  19. I use a direct maker of oils and has the exact dupe for that and sage and citrus. Very strong.
  20. Clean cotton should throw within 24 hours. I use soy and 1 ounce is all you need if you get the right oil.
  21. Thats crazy for them not to let you put any candles there. Some of my best customers are Harley dudes. Dont let the look fool you. Do a leather and lace and call it Biker and Biker chick. Bring it there for him to try. How much are you short? This is a slow time for all of us but if 20 of us send a kiddo donation, no need for a candle, you should have enough. I am totally for helping out kids, i gave up on adults, thats worthless.
