Well I looked at what kind of container I would be using and the size. Some of your melt pools are larger than others so I would easily mark them off my list if the container isn't that big. I'm getting ready to start testing wood wicks. "Oh the joy of testing wicks" in my sarcastic voice😅😂😂

I have been thinking about this for several years and never followed with it. I mean we all have to go to the bathroom but sometimes it's not enough time to spray the water b4 u gotta go.

That wax would have to be put in a bag if melted that way. Could you imagine the waste from scraping the box off the wax? Not very economical for them to do that. EBay and Amazon have wax with free shipping,but you will pay more. Your only other alternative is buy closer or wait for free shipping sale and even those will require more than a 10lb slab purchase.

It's the best imo. I ordered a few new fragrances from CW. Their ultimate and bold line can't be beat imo.all that I've tried from that line rock.

Soy is genetically modified as well as corn and several other big crops. We all know the current stand on g m o foods and how corporations ran to boast their items are g m o free.

Don't feel sorry for me lol feel sorry for the soy makers at shows that try to bash me for using paraffin. Some people get very nasty at shows that are over booked with candles,soap,and jewelry. Especially when they aren't getting sales. I had one woman come to my table and actually started a huge scene because of her soy and my paraffin. I sit there watching her ranting at my booth and I laughed. I then proceeded on shutting her claims down. She made such an Ass of herself she packed up and left. While some consumers simply do not care there are some that do and will ask. I do not throw info down people's throat but if asked I will explain that soy is not better. I do not bash anyone for their type of wax but it's unbelievable how some act. One of my best customers now was an avid soy user and promoted it. Now she promotes me to everyone that she comes into contact with. I feel my candles speak for themselves.

Okay so a bunch of these came up on an ad yesterday. They are really cute and seem to be widely popular. My question is wouldn't the extra catch fire? Lol I get as the wax melts the items would sink but some have the tops fully loaded with bits and all I see is a huge fire hazard.

NOO! People are obsessed with that. I can't stand spice and to me that fragrance is just spice. This red Apple Peel from CW is the bomb. No spice just fresh red Apple

I only made them for a few months. The majority that I know do not take baths,strictly showers. I seen those and thought what a super cute idea.

I thought the rage for bath bombs had fizzled. An ad popped up when I logged on for a bathucchino. Lol. It's a cup with a lid and bath bomb on the bottom with the whipped cream on top being bubble bar I guess. 5-6 oz and sell for just over $6 The look and name would make me want to buy it over a regular ball shaped bomb.

It's good to look at others to get an idea of what's being sold and prices,but I don't price mine based off theirs. 464 soy is around 55 bucks per 50lbs our wax if purchased anywhere besides CW it's nearly 100. So nearly doubled in price and imo a far superior wax.

2oz containers will usually be about 1.75 oz but like I said b4 some will not even use much and still call it a 2oz,because it's in a 2 oz container😂😂 I seen some talking about how they don't fill their clams up. Once they get the hole filled they move on so u get 6 pieces instead of 1 break apart block😂😂 Your item is already different than hers, don't go by her price. Set yours and make an awesome description.

It was only hot at the top maybe the top quarter., and you shouldn't be messing with a container while burning anyway.i don't trim wicks I do everything when burning one. Sorry you are puzzled. They are tall and skinny containers so I would expect them to get hot.

Most online vendors are around $1.25-1.50 per ounce on scoops and melts. Ive done alot of watching and checking out the most popular sites. You have to put all your cost in as well. Yours are in cups, so no hassle clean up well that just means more to me

No they burn them lol. They also bring the jars back to me. Since I have returned back to candle making I have not been to sell at these places. I've only gave testers,or samples. Seriously it's only a tease,but they are getting a sample for free and they like free. Free now will only mean sales for me later. Do u have anything up on ebay yet? How much did u price them at? I see the spankee cups are $5 some are less on other websites.

Last Friday I sold $50 in the warmer oils. Lol. She wanted to smell all that I had. I laughed so hard she smelled the cannabis spice and got off balance. 😂😂😂 doesn't smell like anything but spice to me. She left work with a headache. I told her so.

I can't tell you. I think the last one that I got was the 14 qt for a 20lb turkey. I usually start using my wax before it all gets melted anyways

I'm not doing well but I will. No I don't do wholesale. They are local businesses that I have customers in. It all started from 1 person. I just always load up my SUV when I would go because it would be like a train. Each person would come out 1 by 1 and get the ones they wanted. They would buy at least 4 candles each. The one business i load up 3 or 4 boxes in my tote and go sit in their office while the secretary picks hers out and then she calls people to tell them I'm there. I haven't been out though yet. I've only been giving samples to my regulars to try and a few sales because I want my stash a bit bigger. I also am working on baskets. I told people I would start nov. 1st for orders and I have 4 orders for those already. This is why I'm waiting. Lol

@ShellyF well results were good with this test FYI. I put it in a bag and put the entire block in my freezer overnight. I pulled it out and I sliced the sides.the bag peeled right off. The only problem I had was where the bottom of the bag forms those grooves. I zapped it with my heat gun and pulled. Hardly any waste..

I have 300 candles made up right now. I have about 30 lbs of assorted tart brittle and about 30 lbs of scent shots assorted and maybe only 50 clams. I am calling about a fall festival tomorrow and might try to do it in Nov. I have 1 regular when I go I will sell at least 3 cases of candles. And they will buy monthly. I have another regular that will buy every other week and it's usually a couple hundred in sales there each time. I know I'll get money,they have been harassing me for candles

I am not doing many sales and mostly that's because of my back issues. I have my few regulars and word of mouth. I know when I fully launch myself again I'll be ready with on hand ready to sell. I get my wax from candlewic and with their sale they have now getting the wax will give u a free lb and 1 oz of fo lol. I always jump on this sale and mainly get my wax. I buy 50 lbs.

L o l I haven't tried that one from CS. CW has their sale free lb with 75$ purchase and as always for every lb u buy u get a free 1oz. Try a 1oz. If I am unsure if I'll like one that's what I do and I've liked everyone so far.
