    I called them (Scent-Works) yesterday about an order that I placed (I saw that they were going to be gone from the 15th to the 30th, and inquired as to wether my order would ship prior to them closing for vacation. I don't know for sure who I spoke to, but she was sweet as could be...assured me that my order would ship and low and behold I got a fed-ex tracking number today. Sweet as pie on the phone and not kidding about getting that order out!
