  1. I guess it would depend on how soft your container wax is. I've always used my container wax for my votives. I use IGI 2281 w/ additives, and it's pretty hard, and pour into 3oz dixie cups for my votives. Always tell customers to place votives in tight fitting containers to burn.
  2. Oh now that ain't even right! Those cut pictures are just rubbing it in!! Are you sure that is soap?? I bet my thighs would get fatter just rubbing one of those bars one them !
  3. They are all great, but my fav is the Rose ones!
  4. That's neat! I like how you made it two different colors "side by side". How'd you do that, pour at the same time? Bet it smells good too!
  5. WoW! They all look great! I personally like the Root Beer also. Looks good enough to eat .
  6. Where's my fork? Looks delish!! Love the "whip cream topping look!
  7. Glad you were able to save it! Like how the colors blend with each other, but seperate also (does that make sense?).
  8. Yep, Yep, what they said. Looks good! :highfive:
  9. Thank You all for your replies. I have used Distilled water before in most of my soaps. When I got ready to make my last two batches of soap, I noticed that I must have picked up Purified water instead of distilled . One recipe was a salt bar and I thought it took awhile to trace with just the coconut oil and Mango butter w/lye water...maybe just me??? The second was my regular recipe with different fo, but it still seemed like it took awhile to trace. Not that I'm complaining!! Just seems to have a different feel to it. They both are great soaps and hard now. And both lather well. Guess it's o.k. for me to use. Just thought I'd ask the guru's!! :highfive: Thanks for your help!
  10. Purified vs Distilled? I can not find Distilled water at my local Wally World!! All they have is Purified. I have used the Purified water in my last two batches of soap, and it seems o.k., just looking for more experienced soapers opinions. TIA
  11. I can't tell where you made any mistakes ! When I showed your Acid Trip to DD she knew exactly who's it was! :highfive: We both are love your ability to do so much!! They all look wonderful.
  12. I told you I knew nothing about TD.. I don't care that it's yellow, it's still pretty!!
  13. Now I want something sweet to eat!! I like the looks of those!!
  14. I can see a nose on that front piece....lol. If the soap was any taller, I'd be able to see the eyes . You really put thought into those bars!
  15. The look gives them character!! Looks great! Did this FO move fast for you?
  16. Oh I agree! Love the lime green as well. Also like your layered look, too!
  17. Such a shame it had to change colors! It was the perfect colors to start out with!! It looked heavenly. Do you think if you put TD in the uncolored part it would be lighter?? Just asking , I've never used it yet.
  18. Have you tried the E6000 glue yet? I would use it thinly on these items and see how it holds. It's a really good glue! HTH
  19. Oh I love your swirls!! I've been looking for a good blue (I'm taking notes!)...
  20. Faded colors or not...looks citrus-y to me! Love the design. Love your other soap as well!
