    I wish I hadn't wasted so much time wiht the low smoke zincs...I put 2 51z (all I had) in Peak's Blackberry Sage and filled the 21x18 living room, through the foyer and up the stairs in less than 30 minutes!! Big difference! I will have to look around for a supplier that carries the different sizes of 44's though, because it looks like I will need them.

    Carole, I was thinking of trying the regular zincs. I just have to get a sampler pack that has some of those in between sizes like 44-32. Where do you order your zincs from?

    I am getting GREAT burns with the low smoke zincs, but I feel like the throw is a good deal better with LXs and CDs. However, wicks that aren't flamethrowers (and some that are) are dying a slow death in these 8 oz apothecaries. CD12's, LX18's...I am scared ot go any higher. Anyone have luck with J223 (7% FO), double wicked?

    I would call too...I had the same thing happen about two years ago with Peaks, another awesome supplier. It was a 2# bottle of Amish Harvest that smelled like orange and clove, not anything like Amish Harvest. Alan immediately sent out a replacement bottle and of course, the new one smelled like Amish Harvest. Mistakes and mis-labeling can happen to even the best suppliers...it's all in how they rectify it that really counts!

    Peak's is super strong and very realistic, but my nose prefers ICS sugared spruce.

    At least that is what I am hoping, because I can't smell a thing! This morning I was testing ST/ICS Vanilla Bliss @ 7.5% fo in 4627 double wicked with new low smoke zincs I just got in, and it filled my living room (18 x 20) in 15 minutes!! Smelled incredible, floated through the entire downstairs in less than an hour (even slightly underwicked). Then I poured testers of NG Pumpkin Crunch Cake and NG Iced Cinnamon Buns. Yum the house smelled good! Then I test burned ST Cranberry Orange Spice, can't smell a thing (4 day cure in 4627 @ 7.5%) and this is one that I have tried in other waxes and I know it throws!

    Last night I received my order and I got pumpkin crunch cake, hillbilly homebrew, iced cinnamon rolls, mrs claus cookies, frangelico streusel, and hot orange danish. Thought pumpkin crunch cake would smell more pumpkin-y oob than it did, but I love the smell of it in wax. Obviously gonna give it a few days to cure (ok, maybe not a few, but I'll try for a couple!). LOVE the iced cinnamon rolls oob, and that is going into wax shortly. Hot orange danish smells great too. Hoping by end of week to get to them all!

    Yeah, Jen...call them. They are great on the phone and you can almost always get one of the owners on. They really are great to work with and have some awesome oils, so it would be worth a call to a LIVE person. Good luck...

    Hey Jen, I don't use soy but there are some great oils at REALLY great prices! I love their cranberry marmalade, cinnamon buns, hansel & gretel's house, himalayan bamboo. There are others, but these are just off the top of my head! They are definitely a top notch supplier.

    Just looking for some input from the zinc users (since zinc is pretty new to me). Reading through some old posts I noticed that a few said the 44-32z gave them a wider melt pool than the 51z. Just wondering if those of you who have tested these sizes notice that? Thanks!!
