  1. Beautiful as usual MM!! Good to see you around! How is life up that way? I have zero patience for frosting. Tempted to outsource that one. Then again...how in the world does anyone package a cupcake to ship? It boggles my mind
  2. and there goes my stimulus check! Love her oils...& customer service is to die for. Anyone soap the Bamboo Zen Tea?
  3. Took me over a month to receive my colorants...rather disappointing
  4. I swear there's something in them that keeps me coming back. Even if I hate the fragrance, I keep wanting to smell it. Snowcake smells like playdough I swear
  5. Alright...who's going to IKEA for me. I'll take a few.
  6. Are those the 3" cubes? I love those, but never realized you could order. That's great news!
  7. What about if you're using essential oils? I'd like to make some perfume oils with just oil & fo/essential blends. Do I have to reduce my fragrance part then if I'm using essential oils?
  8. When I enter an order, there's a shipping calculator down below...maybe that's new?
  9. Before I dump in 7ounces of fragrance into my batch...does anyone know if it fades at all? If that's the case, I'll need to bump it up a little bit with some essential oils.
  10. Yep, I love the Amish Country stores!!! I can buy a 50lb bag of course sea salt for $20.
  11. I've made them...I've even let them burn for 10 hours before dumping the oil on me. They really don't get out of control if they're made correctly.
  12. They're gawgeous!! Now I've done labels with the full sheets, but I could never get them to stay stuck...if you have a secret, let me know. I do notice that precut shapes on other clear labels are much thinner, so maybe that's my problem.
  13. CS creme brulee was nothing more to me than a vanilla. I need a whopper of creme brulee that adds on a layer fat just by smelling it. Candlechem was always my fav until they raised their prices. BCN always seemed a little weak too, but still good.
  14. I've used some in candles and they are delightful. But I only do them for my own use instead of to share. I know how expensive the oils are, so the candles are precious
  15. I've always been intrigued with the numbers they say they have that attend that event..but I wish they'd tell you how many buy! Haven't done it, the dollars scare me off because I'd have to stay somewhere and then eat..and this...and then that... I do know a jeweler though that does it and its big money for her. But then again, a necklace at $80 is quite a number of bars of soap or candles to sell.
  16. Oh this looks divine! N so crystal crystal clear! I've only kept one of the two batches that I've made. It seems to be such a process for me. & the heck if I've had any that just weren't drying. I'd love to make my own shower gel with this stuff.
  17. Oh wow..that is one serious slab! tOO MUCH work for me to take on. LOVE IT.
  18. This reminds me of those little color/crayon blocks that we'd get when we were little. Little rectangle chunk that had all the colors in it. Very cool.
  19. Can I have one? Oh please!!! THose look wonderful...WONDERFUL. Such patience. So the tops are WHipped CP right? Oh give me a tutorial:grin2:
  20. Good luck on that one...I've scoured too looking for brown deli sheets. No where have I found it yet. Kraft paper doesn't work to wrap things like soap, the wax coating is what I'm looking for.
  21. I don't think mineral makeup has an 'easy' recipe. Its all new territory, so its basically trial & error. Plug in some of this with some of that.
  22. I think soy wax can do it if you actually haven't melted it long enough. I've done that with stearic in lotion. It looked melted, but it really wasn't hot enough yet and when you add cooler things to it, it seems to go back into flake like mode. Makes sense in my head...not sure if I shared it right though. LOL
