FaithfulScenter
I've tested at home, and so far, so good, so I'm getting ready to deliver some to my testers, lets pray I don't have to buy anyone a new couch!!
justajesuschick
What scent(s) did you make?

glowworm
If you don't mind me asking, where do you get your base? I am pretty happy with the one I get from R.E. but always am on the lookout for something that might be better.
FaithfulScenter
I ordered it from ICS, its been pretty good, but didn't knock my socks off. Scent lingers well, no sticky residue or anything. I plan on trying AH/RE next time.
Kitn
Those sound like wonderful scents...
SuzyK
I just made some a few weeks ago. People are loving them! I like them a lot too. It's hard to know if the scent lingers since my windows are always open. I use the odor eliminator from NG and I like it a lot.I have sprayed my couch a couple of times and it didn't ruin it. FaithfulScenter
I had a hard time smelling it when I first started testing, so I used the boys bedrooms as testing areas while they were gone to school. My 14 year old came home and complained that his room smelled like a bakery!! I wanted to try NG's, but I use mostly bakery scents and they wont work with their base. SuzyK
Yes, I read not to use bakery type scents with their's because of the odor eliminator part. I have a buttermilk pancake scent that worked great in it. Not sure if that's considered bakery though. I was wondering about the AH/RE one too. justajesuschick
My favorite room spray (bought, not made) is a lime scent. Freshens any room. Especially the bathroom. You girls may want to try a lime or vanilla lime in your offering.
SuzyK
Ooooh. That does sound good. I have a ton of different scents made right now. I need to buy more base. I have a Hot Pink Lime from NG that would be awesome. I use the cucumber and melons spray around here a lot. I love it.
redraider
I finally put some out to sell today and they are gone!!!. Made Leather, Abercrombie and Fitch Fierce(Type), Pink Victoria's Secret(Type) and Fresh Linen. The leather was the first to go believe it or not. I guess I better order more bottles. EricofAZ
I made a few of the thick scent paper hanging thingies for the car mirror that had leather. They were great. A friend that details cars liked to put on in after a job and got some good reviews. However, I am starting to use up some of my older (but still good smelling) FO's in a fine mister. I'm just using them straight and they are strong which is good. I understand that a base should be used but I don't really want to do that. What is the reason for a base (other than cutting cost)? Is it necessary? Any safety concerns with just straight FO?
jeanie353
Can anyone suggest a good leather? My brother used to buy Yank** leather for their vehicles. They always had that new car scent.

jeniryan
I've used the base from what is now Southwest. I like it ok, but it seems a bit heavy, like, it doesn't stay airborne long. The scent mixes well, and no one else has ever complained when testing it for me.

I need a sticky that says "less is more".
