flake versus granule/bead sodium hydroxide?

I've used both. My opinion is that flake is much better. Flake doesn't clump like beads, dissolves faster, much less mess when pouring, and beads are harder to get from your measuring container into the water from all the static.

I asked my chemical supplier the difference, they said the only difference is that most people say flake is dusty. Best if you use a respirator mask when dealing with it. But I use my respirator mask when mixing either.
