My Tarts

Just started making tarts. I make all of them in heartshape, having a hard time to find any good molds here in Sweden. They are about 0,5 oz and the customers are supposed to mix and match scents for personal favorites.

I use Ecosoya PB for those.

Very nice and look so smooth. I imagine you would have a hard time in Sweden with the weather and making tarts. My father is Swedish, but alas I have yet to get over there to visit where he was born. One of these days I will manage it.

You could also try to make your own silicone molds which is really not all that difficult.
