My Christmas Candles

Recommended Posts

post-10549-139458489258_thumb.jpgA great find at my local dollar tree these jars are. I bought several cases. I am using 4630 wax and with many of your fav FO decided to try Peaks Winter Wonderland. It smells wonderful as many of you said! These jars are 3 1/4 wide and I am testing wicks. The 51z is too small. Going to test the LX 18 next. Any input on a wick from anyone who uses this wax and a similar size jar? These are red and green, although the pic does not look like it. Edited by flairforlife

The LX-18 or LX-20 should work, I use a 20 in a similar diameter candle. I personally have not had much luck with Winter Wonderland, what % are you using?

The hot throw is great! A CD 10 is working great and also my wood wick! I am happy yea!

I'll have to revisit Winter Wonderland, I use 4630 and have CD wicks and a similar diameter candle. I and burning a great one right now with Christmas Hearth, smells just like Slatkin's Winter.

For a 3-1/4" diameter jar you need at least a 60 zinc or a 62 zinc. I like those jars!
