Blending 'Brown Sugar & Fig' to create 'Figgy Pudding'?

Well I was going to suggest a plum, but thought that might not make it a figgy pudding. I don't think sugar plum (peak kind) would be a good mix. Do you just have a straight plum? Better might be a straight raisin or a raisin cream pie type of thing lol. Either way glad it's you doing the combining! (just not a mincemeat nor a BS&F fan in the slightest.) I would say patch makes everything good, but this I'm thinking would be a waste of patch :D

Well, I took some spiced plum from somewhere or other, mixed 50/50 with 'BS&F', and I think the perfuminess of 'BS&F' is just enough to keep this from being as foody as I would've liked it. I didn't think it was all THAT perfumey, but when trying to make it into a gourmand that really stands out. But you know how sometimes a finished product will settle out into something different than earlier stages, so will experiment further.
