Chestnuts and Brown Sugar

Has anyone tried the Chestnuts and Brown Sugar from Connie's Candles? It sounds wonderful but I have never heard of this company so I am not sure.

I have not tried the chestnuts & br. sugar (I use mc's) from connies, but of the oils I have tried they were very strong.

I just ordered a bunch of samples from Connie's, haven't arrived yet, but not that one. I like the Chestnuts and Brown Sugar from Just Scents.

Those of you raving about the C&BS from JS, how long since you've replenished your supply? There have been quite a few posts here about how the formula has changed and it's not the same.

SliverOfWax, Thank you for the heads up regarding C&BS from JS. I ordered a bottle a couple weeks ago and I swore it just didn't smell the same as the one I had ordered last summer. I had a bit left and compared it to the new one - and it just seems different to me - IMO it just doesn't have the strong, yummy scent as the one I had - seems a bit weak. I had no clue that they had changed their formula - well I guess that explains it.

i second or third that -- the one I got in soy smells like a weak vanilla to me IMO... I ordered it only because of the strong reviews. Has anyone tried the one from Tennessee?

Unfortunately, I found this to be true also. Thank goodness I saw these posts before pouring an entire batch from a recent C&BS order from JS. I poured a tester and it is definitely weaker than bottles from previous orders. So disappointing because this was a huge seller for me.

Well this is a huge disappointment I just sent in another order & C&BS was on it!! Why does this always have to happen with a popular scent??? So aggravating!! I took me many many companies just to find the right one!!

I love the chesnuts and brown sugar from the Candlesource. It has a wonderful hot and cold throw. It is one of my favs.

Another great one is from Alabaster (now community candle). Very strong. I made up a few jars 2 weeks ago, let them sit a week and now have been burning. 1 16Oz salsa jar did my entire house....

Tell me about it! I ordered my standard 4# of it only to read these posts after ordering, but luckily before pouring.
