Sharon in KY Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 I have tried mixing my own, doesn't smell good. Used Moonworks Pat and BCN Very Vanilla. If you all mix your own then what type vanilla goes with patchouli. I have several, about 8, vanillas just not sure which would work. Candybee Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 Have you ever tried Patchouli Honey from Elements/Flickers? Not a vanilla but the honey part is sweet and mellows out the patch nicely. I would be in trouble if I ran out of this oil its so popular.Haven't tried mixing vanilla and patch. Sounds nice thou. If you find out what mixes nice I would be interested. I love patch blends. It seems like I've seen a Patchouli/Vanilla combo somewhere, but I've been looking at so many websites the last few days I couldn't tell you which one, sorry! CBE Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 Just Scent carries a Vanilla Patchouli (or is it Patchouli Vanilla?). I don't smell much vanilla in it OOB, but I love using this FO for blends in B&B. Maybe the vanilla comes out more in wax? Just a thought. Maybe someone else who has used this fragrance can chime in.
