Fire and Ice Posted November 6, 2005 Share Posted November 6, 2005 I want to place an order with them but they have no order form in their cataloge and I also don't have a fax machine to send in my tax number. I emailed them but they never emailed back. I generally do everything with M/O anyways. I don't trust the internet for sending money. They have a distibutor in Ohio but do you oder through them or the main Co. I can definetly see a $200.00 order going out by me week after next but how does this all work? WHOOPS!!!!!
