Vio
I bet they smell great! Beautifully smooth HP soaps! Amazing too, how you get that swirl in HP. I think I'm going to try HP soon. Curious to give it a shot.
Barbara AL
Vio,I color half the batch and then drop by tablespoons in the crockpot all over and then swirl a couple of times with the Silicone Spatula and then I take a bamboo stick and do some swirling with it then put it into the log mold.I freeze my HP soap for about 2 1/2 hours and then cut.Barbara
Vio
Cool thanks! I'll be sure to refer back to this thread when I try it!
melann
Very pretty. Why do you freeze it?
Barbara AL
I freeze because they are Milk soaps so they won't turn tan or orange from the goats milk I put in there. I use Goats Milk Powder at the end of the process I make a paste with the Powder by adding about 1 1/2 ounces of distilled water to it.Also it helps with the scent not burning off because the HP is so hot when I pour it into the mold.Barbara
