The cupcake is CP soap, and I just piped on a thick traced soap for the frosting.Sorry, I guess I should have supplied alot more information when posting.Can I ask what's on the hangtag? My name, description, scent, weight and on the back, INCI (took from supplier website).The blue is an Ultra Marine Blue mixed with glycerine.I have been having the greatest time making all this stuff.
