jakalex
I have found that straight sandalwood FO's are very light. Usually they need to be mixed with other fragrances for a good hot throw. Usually cedarwood and patchouli.Candlescience has a new sandalwood that is awesome! Not straight sandalwood but one of the best I have found. kandlekrazy
I just got some from Candle Source and it smells great OOB. Very smooth. I was originally planning to mix it, but now I think I'm going to try it alone. Haven't put it in wax yet.

ChrisR
Indian Sandalwood by Cybilla (sold at Bramble Berry) is the BEST I've found. It's not a true sandalwood as in the EO, but OMG it is strong and my customer's love it!! PM me if you'd like a sniffie Kris!!

I've tried alot of Sandalwood's... and Loren's is the best. I've soaped this... and man... talk about strong! I'm not a Sandalwood person... but I have to say... I really like this one.
