dpowell
My wife wanted to try out some wine glasses for container candles for Valentine's Day so we picked up a few. They are scented Wine Cellar. She added the ribbon and hearts to the glasses herself. I think she did a great job and wanted to share them. SpaceGirl
Those are neat! I always admire wine glass candles when I see them but just can't get motivated to make them myself. :undecided How are the hearts attached? Just wondering if they'll stay on once the glass warms up when the candle is burned.SG
dpowell
LOL - asking if you can use the idea - of course you can.I'm very proud of these. As far as the hearts, they are the puffy craft type stickers and stick like they are super glued on the glass. We have heat tested them and they should stick great. ayshapooh
Those are beautiful....lovin' them!!!!I'm always so worried about trying the wine glasses...so afraid they would break with the heat...Are they pretty thick glass? dpowell
These are a bit thicker than the wine glass candle she made for a friend last year and that one was fine.I'd say they are larger wine glasses so they're a little thicker than the smaller ones. 7 Pawz
Very nice:grin2: I tried the stickies on a goblet , but I think mine must've been the elcheapo:D cause the stickers woiuldn't stay on the glass for me. But could I have yours:D
jes432
Your glasses look great. Reminds me of one I did for a friend that was made to look like a cosmo in a martini glass. On mine I had pink rhinestones all over like your hearts. I really like the hearts great for VD!

angelsessence
Those are beautiful! But, I was wondering, I am new to the candle business and was thinking of using champagne glasses. I just want to know how costly is the glasses and is it worth it in the end. Looking at the wholesale prices of glasses, It just doesn't look like it is cost effective. And where can I find a places that sale wholesale items like champagne glasses?
