  1. Another great place to check is http://gotprint.com. We just got 1000 cards from there ($23.19 including shipping). These were done with our uploaded image with UV Gloss coating (full color front and Black and White on the back) I used to print our cards on our laser printer, then have to cut them. These are actually cheaper and a lot less work though.
  2. Hi Christina. I was wondering where you went. It's been busy here so I haven't been on here much lately. I'm too late, but I was going to tell you not to worry. We don't spray our molds either, never have. Glad to see your back and hopefully you'll get settled in soon.
  3. Ours are labeled by the weight of the shea. For example we have 8 oz. jars that hold 4 oz. of whipped shea. We label those as 4 oz. on the label.
  4. We got them in a box of 2000 cups and a box of 2000 lids for $20 each box at Sam's Club. Unfortunately they have been just sitting here and we haven't used them much.
  5. Haven't used those specifically, but I can tell you we've done many container candles in the 8.5 oz. libbey wine glasses. We get them from a different source, but this link is just for a reference to what glasses they are. http://www.restockit.com/85-Oz-Chalice-Wine-Beverage-Sheer-Rim---(8565SRLIB)---ON-SALE-TODAY!.html
  6. NG has some great scents. The Island Fresh is super strong in wax and soap.
  7. We use 4630 for our container wax. We have never had a problem with curing the candles. I think that may apply more to natural waxes. Really haven't noticed a difference between lighting a candle the next morning compared to a week later.
  8. I'm assuming this isn't a container blend if you are looking to use it for votives. Is it scented? If so you could break it into pieces and melt it on a warmer like a tart for yourself. Otherwise you could use the wax to make fire starters.
  9. The one time we tried them that is how they came out. It was almost like brownie batter once the citric was added. They are nice, but they make a mess of your tub.
  10. Tonight it's Just Scent Hot Maple Toddy. Just finished pouring some NG - Island Fresh Gain downstairs.
  11. We have been using this wax for a few years now as well. As Jane said, we also had some smoking issues in the beginning. I am blaming them on overwicking though. The smaller size LX wicks work great for this wax. The wax has a very nice appearance and great scent throw. We didn't have one problem at all shipping container candles this past summer. That includes sending candles to Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Nevada.
  12. One more vote for BCN "Cinnamon Red Hot". It's been in our top 3 sellers for a year or so.
  13. Honestly I never ran the tests. I got my id from USPS for the API tools then e-mailed them right away to get it set up for active use. Then I and entered it into the zencart admin settings for the "United States Postal Service" module and set the server setting to "production" As long as every item has a weight entered in the product information you should be fine. If you don't enter a weight in for an item the shipping calculator will assume it has NO WEIGHT so be careful to make sure they all have a weight assigned. All weights are in pounds. For example, an item weighing 12 oz. would be: Products Shipping Weight: .75 Hope that helps. I'll try to help a bit more if questions come up as I know it can be quite a headache if you haven't worked with this before. _______________________________________________________________ Below is what my settings look like for the shipping module: United States Postal Service You will need to have registered a Web Tools account with USPS at their website to use this module. 14. I set shipping by weight through ZenCart with USPS (or other shipper) for their real time shipping calculator. You will need to have registered a Web Tools account with USPS at their website to use this module. USPS expects you to use pounds as weight measure for your products. There is also an option for "Enable Per Weight Unit Shipping" in ZenCart where you set a number for the weight of each product and base shipping from that.
  15. Forgot all about the tulip.... that one is great for sure.
  16. Island Fresh Gain Lick Me All Over Yacht Club
  17. Very Vanilla Cinnamon Red Hot Oatmeal, Milk & Honey Wine Cellar
  18. I know this isn't the most help, but I have seen some at Hobby Lobby. I was looking at it quite a while ago though and it was very expensive. It was near the clay stuff which was almost right next to the candle supplies.
  19. Well, I just did a shipping quote on that site for one case of wax. The shipping alone was $27.41. I don't use the waxes offered there, but I thought I'd check the $10 shipping thing out and see if it was right.
  20. If you do send out more I would spend the extra bit for the delivery confirmation. It's not much compared to the headache when a package "doesn't arrive".
  21. Hole punches don't work well from what we found out. Try taking a bamboo skewer or chopstick and pressing it where you want the hole right after taking the sheet out of the oven while the ornies are still warm. Then let them sit a few minutes like that before removing the ornies from the sheet. That works great for us.
  22. I use the orange / gold liquid dye from BCN at 3 drops / lb. and it comes out bright orange. It is possible to use smaller amounts and get a light orange, but I like the super bright orange.
