speciallymadeby
What's your favorite wax for container candles? The wax I was using isn't doing it for me and you guys said it's not your fav container wax. Any suggestions?

sudsnwicks
For those who use J223 - is there any particular reason why you like it? Reason I'm asking is I've been using IGI4786 from Peak, which they have recently discontinued, and I'm looking for an alternative (something which they carry). prairieannie
The scent throw rocks, the burn is beautiful, It cuts like butta! I've never had to do a repour, and the tops are smooth and beautiful. Those are my reasons

bugtussle
I really like 223 but it cannot be used in tins, rust problem. So I switched to IGI 6006 for most of my candles. 6006 has great hot & cold throw, is easy to use and is a blend of soy/paraffin so I can say "Soy based blend." It is also cheaper than 223. moniek
I like j223. I like the creamy look you get, plus great scent throw!
Breanna
I have to agree that J223 and 4786 are my favorites for containers. I like my 4625 for pillars and I am getting ready to try 4627 for my votives and tarts.
Kaybee23
Just FYI.....Alan posted a day or two ago that they are discontinuing all of the IGI/Astorlite waxes. They are going to be introducing their own custom blends. For those who use J223 - is there any particular reason why you like it? Reason I'm asking is I've been using IGI4786 from Peak, which they have recently discontinued, and I'm looking for an alternative (something which they carry).
