ignitethesenses
I make wool wash for washing woolens, and the customer base for that is primarly people who use cloth diapers. So, I've wrapped all of those bars in a cloth wipe - better for the Earth and actually useful I like the way it looks too....I'll post a pic if I can ever get Photoshop to open on my terrible computer lolWhat I'm lost with is the body soap. I just can't come up with any ideas. I've got Dans Bands from MMS, cardstock, corrugated paper (a LOT), twine, etc. I can do laser printing on clear labels (what most of my labels are), but that won't work on dark soaps. I think the look I'm going for is natural, but elegant...not rustic/quirky/trendy (if that makes any sense lol). The bars are typically 1" thick, 3.5" wide x 2.5" tall. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm not terribly fond of soap boxes, but I'll look into them

lindsaycb
I like the look of standing up your bars the tall way and putting a wrap just on the bottom using a cigar band & seal the two ends with a round sticker. What if your sticker was your wooly seal & the label wrapped around it just kept repeating the fragrance in larger spaced letters. Does that make any sense? ignitethesenses
Thanks for the ideas and links everyone. I'm going to have to sit down soon with everything I can think of to wrap a bar of soap and just start expirimenting lol
Liz D.
I prefer no wrap at all. I do put a small address label on the BACK of my soaps, with website, ingredients and scent. I love the look of unwrapped, unlabeled soap. I have displays that have an area by each scent that is labeled, so customers know what's what.HTH,Liz D.
