I was wondering what is easiest to work with

chips, blocks, liquid, powder

I have the blocks. powder and liquid. The liquid has a chemical smell to me but the colors are great. I mostly use powder because it's easier for me to get the same color on a regular basis but the colors aren't as dark. Blocks are hard for me to cut...maybe there is a trick...but I don't get consistant color because of my cutting. Ginger

I use powder and liquid. Liquid is great because it's very easy to use and 1 ounce will last you FOREVER. I've never really noticed The smell of them affecting any of my scents. But they can be kinda unpredictable if your color mixing...imo. Powder is great for color mixing, but you have to watch because sometimes they can leave a sandy redisue at the bottom of your candles or pour pots. Everyone has their own opinions on what works best though but I'd go with liquid if you can find the colors you like in it.

Another liquid user here! I love it, so easy to measure (as opposed to blocks) and the very little scent it has does NOT transfer through to your candles *I use Peaks*

I use chips and blocks. I grate the blocks with a mini grater and measure the amount on a jewelers scale.

I use liquid, too. I also make "blocks" in a dixie cup with a drop of dye and a bit of wax. That way if I need 1/2 drop, I can do it.

I have used most of the one listed and i really like the chips.

I can get the color i want so much better. I also had alot of smell from the liq.

I don't use liquid myself but have heard from others that it can be quite messy. I have blocks and chips, I use blocks when I'm making something creative and chips when I want to be consistent. You can put 1/2 or 1/4 chhip in different wax batches and still get the same colour.

I use chips and liquids. I use chips if I just want a light shade and liquids to achieve the darker shades.

I use liquid and chips. I find the blocks are hard to use if you want to duplicate a colour. Even with weighing out the colour I can never get it the same again, either too dark or too light never just right!

Liquids for me, too. As previously posted, they last forever and I don't really notice the dye smell affecting the fragrances of my candles.

Liquid is the only way for me! I find it really easy to get some amazing colors.
