It's not her place to determine what should go on your business sign. Soap In The City belongs to you not her, correct? I would gracefully give the sign back to her along with a piece of paper showing exactly what *you* want right down to the font choice/color. Of course I would offer to pay her. If she can't/won't do it your way, you need to take your business elsewhere. When it comes to your business, don't settle for anything less than what you want.
