burnsv1
I'm curious if anyone has any idea what the percentages of paraffin and coconut are in this wax? I searched all over and found nothing about the blend percentages. I'm thinking of trying it out since my local supplier has it available and I'm ready to move on from 464. I'm hoping it's more coco and less para but guessing that's not the case. Thanks!
TallTayl
The one I have from a year or so ago is mostly paraffin. Sticky paraffin. I read on a supplier Re reply to a customer smashing g this same question it is mostly paraffin with a smidge of coconut to market it as a “coconut wax”. it definitely needs blending to perform well.
NightLight
It’s a great blending wax. Very very soft. Wouldn’t even try putting it in a tin. Has its uses.
NightLight
If you have some 464, blend it with that wax as a test. Then do a test of the wax by itself. The wax can burn as is but it’s very, very soft and you must use very small wick especially bottom half of candle. With any waxes I note the properties and use those qualities to adjust waxes to my liking.
