But I have never tried calling them for any reason so I can't help you there. They are still in business as far as I know. I was just looking on there website a couple days ago. Cozy Home (candles and melts) Sunflower (candles, melts and ornies) Zen (incense and melts) Cashmere (incense) Cedar & Saffron (incense) I used to use Caramel Nut Cluster but it was not a big seller for me.
