Favorite brown in soap

I have several soaps I use different shades of brown in. I can't quite seem to get what I want. I've tried cocoa powder and that makes a nice color but to get it a dark cocoa brown I have to use a lot.

 

Anyway, what is your favorite brown? Looking for the right shade of cocoa brown and deep dark chocolate brown. Preferable a color that can work as both depending on how much you use.

From tkb, espresso or Swiss chocolate or Australian Amber.

I use cocoa powder. To get it darker I add a little black oxide or activated charcoal. To lighten it, I just use less. Works great with little effort or money because it's stuff I already have on hand.

I too use cocoa powder with great results

I dissolve the cocoapowder in a little oil 1 hour before use, it gives me a deeper brown color in the soap

Looks like I should retry the cocoa powder.

I use Swiss chocolate mica from Peak.
