SuzyK
My kids are very interested in my business. I was chatting with my oldest about my lip balms and then I said that the flavorings I have can actually be used in foods, like milkshakes or candy. He said, You should make suckers and put them in your orders. My head started spinning! So, I've done a ton of research since then and last night I tried my first recipe. They are SO good. I want to try a couple of other recipes too. My kids are happily my taste testers.here's how they turned out. They are Sour Berry flavored. SliverOfWax
Cute as can be! I would put a basket of them in my shop, eye level to a 6 year old, with a sign that for each candle purchase, a FREE lollipop is included. Evil, I know.
SuzyK
Thanks everyone! I am excited to make more. I bought some cool hard candy molds and they will be here tomorrow. I used chocolate molds for these and they won't last long since they're not made for high temps.haha Sliver that's a GREAT idea I am doing a craft show next month and I might make some for that.I wanted to make more last night but I had a ton of orders that I needed to get done. I need to be responsible SOMETIMES. lol

SuzyK
I'm not really sure I am going to put them with orders, it was just what my oldest said so I made some. I've already asked a friend who has a candy shop about the permits and such.
kandlekrazy
They look great. Kid's uncluttered minds come up with the best ideas! I'd add them to your line and include a free one the first couple months to get tasters out there.
