  1. Same here. I always just call to order.
  2. Make sure your LS is slightly warm before adding fo. That will usually help
  3. That is sad but I just may have to place an order. Do they adjust the invoice later because I don't see the sale prices listed?
  4. Ya know I think I actually disputed it online. It's been awhile. If you log into your DHL account and click on the invoice, to the bottom of that there is a link to dispute it. I just explained I was being over charged by being charged for an oversized box and the box was only like a 12x12x12 box. They were trying to charge me $125:shocked2: but they quickly corrected within a day or 2. Then I paid it
  5. Hmm. I must be the odd one out because I love DHL. I have had only one overcharge in 5 years of using them and they corrected it right away. I would want to know why you are being charged what you are being charged before you pay them and tell them that. My over charge was from the size of the box being put into their system wrong and I was charged for an overisize package. But they quickly corrected it. I would call them again.
  6. I usually scent mine with 2%
  7. Those are very cute. My kids are too old for those:( but I would love to make them for my little niece. Her b-day is coming up. You did a great job
  8. I just finished test Lavender Fields from The Scented Bean and was very impressed. I was reading on her site and she tests all her oils in soy wax. I use a para soy and was amazed at the hot throw after only a 1 day cure. After 3 days it was even stronger but not asthma attack strong. HTH
  9. Ah ok so you chose CS because you can pick it up. Gotcha. Thanks
  10. May I ask why you prefer CS's? Is it the throw? I have tried CS's and find it to be on the light side.
  11. Wow, thanks all. Looks like I can't go wrong with whatever I choose then.
  12. I have only purchased their Lavender Fields and was more than impressed with this fo in my parasoy. With only a 1 day cure, it is throwing like mad in the house!!! I want to place another order with them. Any recommendations?
  13. Thanks for the recommendations. I will order some samples of each.
  14. Who has the best as far as scent throw and most truest to the perfume?
  15. I make baby shower favors from baby food jars and use Angel Wings from NG. It's a powdery vanilla but not a baby powder smell.
  16. Well, not 100% so much as they want as much soy as they can get. So they are okay with a 70/30 blend. I think it's all the soy hype they read about. But who knows. I just need to carry what sells the best.
  17. Beautiful!! May not have been want you wanted but I think they are beautiful
  18. I just did this today with some liquid colors. I started with yellow(8 drops) and and just a tad of brown. I made sure my yellow was nice and bright before adding the brown though. HTH
  19. I did test it and I did like it. I tested it with CD's and CDN's. The CDN's seemed to do better by not allowing the jar to get too hot but the CD's weren't bad either. Wet spots weren't present either which is nice. I would stick with this wax if my area would allow it...LOL. I have one tester left of Watermelon from RE and the hot throw on that one will cover most of my house and that's from a jelly jar so I was pretty impressed. Just wish I could use it.
  20. You are very welcome:) I found the CD and CDN wicks to work the best. The CDN actually burned cooler but scent throw was about the same
  21. Oh, I liked it but around here people want either all soy or mostly soy. And the 6036 is more like a 50/50. But I did like it. Burns clean and CT& HT is great.
  22. I have and tested the 6036 which is a nice wax but I need a 70/30 blend and actually the shipping isn't that bad at all but thanks
  23. Oh I agree with that. Good luck with your adventure
  24. Yeah I think that's what happened to mine. I "think" you are suppose to use plain unscented soap. I didn't keep my notes on that batch and have never tried that type of LS again.
