    6006 and 464

Hello I am making wickless candles in 4oz mason jars, I have found some information on here for the mixture(6006/464) but Im curious how long do I let it cure? by adding the 464 to the 6006 thats more soy, so how long before I can test it for HT? How long should it cure? oh I did add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to it also.

  17. OK I was at Micheals craft store and they had the goatmilk base 2lb for $2.50 because of the damage package. I purchased it so I can start playing and getting the feel of M&P. ok here is a picture of the first batch. OK now im ready to order from a supplier so I can really play I loved doing this. I have 100% whole grain oats very fine, less than a half cup of almond milk and EVOO added to the base, it did lather but not a whole lot. it does has some moisture in it but my hands are still a little dry....but this was my first time.. on the left is the front of the bar, and the right is the back Im ready to try again:yay:
  18. it looks good to me, I know the layers are coming apart but other than that, it looks really good. where did you get the loaf mold? I have been playing around with craft store melt and pour and I think Im about ready to play with the big girls lol I have a few pictures that im going to post ..
  19. I attended the "Be my Valentine" air and craft show today in Bloomington,Il. I wanted to attend to see all the different handmade items and also see how other crafters set up..ok ok and to see how there products look. I was very surprised there was about 30-45 vendors, the flow was steady. there was 1 booth selling candles only and the looked good I purchased one 10oz square mason " fresh cut grass", 1 booth with soap, melts, and warmers..now this booth presentation was not good her melts were discolored and looked kind of old. she also had tarts packaged in plastic ziplock bags which smeared her melts. not really impressed, and the last booth had soap only again presentation was not good at all. I did purchase some soap she stated it was handmade and that she used fresh goat milk which she milked everyday..lol..over all I enjoyed myself...Its so amazing how creative people are..I CANT WAIT TO DO MY FIRST SHOW..I FEEL LIKE I WOULD HAVE HAD A CHANCE TODAY...LOL IM WAITING PATIENTLY:smiley2:
  20. yes I did thank you, thats one of the things I knew I did wrong I didnt warm jars but thanks again I will do it from now on lol
