    Here is one Cindym posted awhile ago. First one I ever made and it was delish!! Came out perfect. I subbed a bit, think I probably used shea butter. HTH, Glo Emulsified Body Butter 15.6 ozs Water 1.5 ozs Steric 1.5 ozs E-wax 7.5 ozs Olive OIl 3 ozs Avacado Butter .3 ozs Fo Black Raspberry Vanilla .3 ozs Liquid Par Optima .15 ozs Vit E .15 ozs Dry Flo I made this in a swap on the whisk and received quite a few requests for the recipe so here it is. Just follow regular lotion making intructions. Have fun.

    Well thank you so-soy. At least someone has their dates right & it's not me!! Lol. Seems like whenever I try to send a newsletter I end up on here making apologies for all my mistakes! My 2nd newsletter with the "corrected dates" did not update and went out with the wrong dates again. :embarasse ARGGG, I will eventually get it right. Glo

    I tried dipping my own silicone bulbs and what a PITA. Of course maybe there are different types of silicone. I used the stuff from Lowes. Had lots of globby bulbs and few I could use. The consistancy was not right and you had to work fast.:undecided Glo You know as much as the pre dipped bulbs are kind of sticky and grab up the fuzzies maybe you could just sprinlkle or roll them in glitter.?????

    Sherri, I have FP in most of the descriptions. If I have missed a FP it is because it is > 200. I have all under 200 noted I am sure. To my understanding under 200 cannot ship international. Glo

    I know that is a goofy ad huh!! It wouldn't let me put the whole ad together -kept saying I had to many letters in it so I just split it up. That's the first time that has happened to me, I've had some other ads with lots of descriptions. Didn't think this one was much bigger. I must be getting windier with my wording. Glo

    All sizes are on sale. They should just come up the sale price when you order. The sale is based on the 16 oz sale price and all others are discounted accordingly. That is just the way our site works. We are planning to run this through to next weekend, May the 6th. We had planned this for last week and the FO didn't arrive on time. I'll bet my newsletter has the old dates.:embarasse Well Moonie aren't you the smart cookie?? And yes you were the first order! Glo

    Yes that is one we will have in the sale next week. We are calling it Backwoods Blue and it made the most exceptional soap. I have four small bars sitting in my kitchen and can smell it everytime I go in. The parasoy blend candle my son made for testing filled my very large livingroom and drifted out to my very large kitchen/dining room area. I've been very impressed with this one. :smiley2: Glo

    I have one ordered for Backwoods and should have it in a couple of weeks. It is a plain blueberry scent and throws well in the 70/30 parasoy blend my son uses. One of my testers was down to my house yesterday and told me how well it did in her paraffin candles as well. Not sure what I will call it yet. Toying with Plain Ole Blueberry but my son isn't fond of that name. LOL Glo

    Oh glad you clarified that it is your opaque wax cause I know Mike has never had to use that much liquid dye for dark colors. He uses a soy blend and most of his candles are fairly dark colors and we have no wick clogging problems with liquids. Glo

    My son Backwoods (Mike) has used liquids forever and he swears by them, wouldn't use anything else. So easy to measure by drops. Glo

    You can't get your money back if they do not have a paypal balance. This happened to me once on ebay. She didn't send the item and had a zero balance & they said they couldn't do anything. About a year later the lady did send my money back. Glo

    Hmmm. I thought I was the only one this happened too. I never thought to ask and when I received a silicone mold recently it reeked of cigarettes. Soon as I picked up the package I thought "Oh Boy". Sure enough even the candles out of the mold smell of cigarettes. Glo

    Huge prices raises on some things I got there also. One item was 19.95 before the 6.95 shipping, now it went to 29.95. That's only one thing, a lot of my stuff went up like that. I'm having to find someone else also. That is just ridiculous. So now I can get it delivered for 6.95 but pay 10.00 more dollars for it-doesn't that mean I'm still paying the 16.95 shipping on a 19.95 product? Somehow that doesn't seem like a better deal.:undecided Glo

    I do eggs with little things inside all the time-have sold a ton of them. They are tricky like Mountain said. Will not work if it is humid that's for sure. Takes a bit of practice to get your mix just right to hold together and come out of the mold in one piece. Good Luck, Glo

    Used these again and you do not have to spray with PAM. The soap pretty much just slides out with a little push. I'm telling you, whatever plastic this is they should make all molds out of it. Just remember to tape your bottom on!!! Glo
