  1. I just got one too. Here it is. So glad someone picked up their oils. When I made the decision to close Bubbles ‘n Lights, I was truly concerned about how this would affect my customers. I know a lot of you depend upon my oils and that they are an integral part of your businesses. I am thrilled to announce that Bitter Creek Candle Supply, Inc. has purchased Bubbles ‘n Lights and the rights to all of our fragrance oils. I am so happy that Rich and Doneen will continue to offer the fragrances that you have come to know and love from Bubbles ‘n Lights. Bitter Creek has been an industry leader in candle and soap supplies for many years and I am so pleased that a company with as solid of a reputation as BC will be able to serve all of you. To have a company that has the stability of Bitter Creek take over my oils is a huge relief to me. I have worked hard to build my company over the years and to know that “my baby” will continue to grow allows me to leave the business with no regrets. Bitter Creek will make an announcement to all of you as to when you can expect to be able to order our fragrance oils. Eventually, the Bubbles 'n Lights domain will point to Bitter Creek's site. If you haven't been to their site, you can find them at www.candlesupply.com
  2. Thanks for the review. Is this watermelon a true watermelon scent. I just received their Honeydew and Mulberry Twist...will post when I get them in wax. Also heard that their St. Shortcake is wonderful.
  3. Never used these, but saw posted that KY has a new Toasted Marshmallow and Longwick has a Coconut Creme that are recommended
  4. I get the Blue Raspberry from Rustic Essentials. Pricey, but worth it. All of ...or most of their oils are gel safe with higher flash pts.
  5. Sharon, Just ordered the Honeydew and a sample of two others that I can't remember. Will hopefully get them this week, they shipped today, will post when I put in wax.
  6. I just placed an order yesterday for the Johnson's Bedtime Bath and a couple of other ones. Let me know how you like them. Their prices are wonderful.
  7. Love their Honeydew...it is strong and the Cool Citrus Basil is too. The best IMO. I did not like the Plumeria, to me it smelled like Magnolia. Also love her Birthday Cake, Cin. Toast, Vanilla Lavendar, Orance C. Cake, Hot Chocolate, and Christmas Past. I love KY.
  8. Try ICS (Indiana Candle Supply)....they have one. This is one that I wanted to try myself.
  9. I have the Angel Food Cake from Chermark and it is strong. I love it! Never tried the Rustic E one though. I did not have to wick up with Chermark's either. Seems to me that the Chermark oils are stronger than the Rustic ones. For instance, I bought Rustic Essentials Peach instead of the Chermark Just Peachy and Rustic's was so light that I did not use it. I am sure that there are good oils from Rustic Essentials, however I like the Chermark ones better. The one oil that I do love from Rustic Essentials is their Blue Raspberry...a very true raspberry.
  10. Has anyone used this wax and how does it perform? Does this wax have the same properties as the Honeywell J223....better or worse?
  11. I have used the following for a couple of years and just love her oils. Cool Citrus Basil Orange Chiffon Cake Cinnamon Toast (Yummy) Christmas Past (real pine w/no fuel) Lavender Vanilla Carmel Pecan Pie (this one is wonderful and strong) Am wondering about her new ones.....Mac Apple and the new Peach. Want to try those, IMO, those are two tough ones to get a good strong throw. Any reviews on those anyone?
  12. Thanks Saron...I wonderd about the Chammile Lavender. She sure has some good bargins. "GO STEELERS"!!!!!
  13. Has anyone tried their oils and what are some you must have?
  14. Thanks Ladies! I just may try combining the two of them together to see what happens.
  15. Got one too. That is sad, and I hope someone buys it too. Now.....who the heck has her dupe of Cucumber Melon.....and WVS....that I will miss terribly!
  16. I have tried BNL, and WSP and did not care of either of these. For a soy blend. TIA
  17. What does this smell like? Is it a fruity smell or do you smell the Ylang and the fruit too. I have always hesitated ordering this one, but it sure tempts me!
  18. I use the Mulberry from BCS and it is wonderful. It is a strong scent and IMO much much better than the others. It is a little sweeter than the BCN and my customers love it. HTH
  19. I love the molds from Flexible and Scottscrew. They have the purple silicone, and I have about 20 molds that work really well. I don't think you would be sorry with either of these.
  20. Those are beautiful Wedding pictures! And a great job on the candles. I hope to learn how to do this someday.
  21. I use J223 and soy and these are the best I have found from Alabaster. Have used them for years. Their liquid dyes are great too...especially the white and the teal and the red. Birthday Cake - Great - Best Seller Sage & Citrus - Strong Blueberry Pie - strong oil and my favorite. You may want to cut back on this one for blending purposes....but the soy should soak it up. Just stir, stir, stir. this is also a best seller Kudzu - Strong - kinda grape smell Cranberry Spice - excellent - Best Seller and the best around Lemon Drops - Strong... Pie Crust - wonderful Dickens Christmas - Best Seller
  22. thanks for all of the comments. I will try them. Does anyone know if any of the clearance ones are good. For example, the Pansy and the Freesia?
  23. Are their FO good for candles? Was looking at the Mandarin Corriander and wondered if these were just for soaping or if they applied to a soy blend too. TIA
