    Can you call Vickey and tell her what you've told us here? If she understands where you are coming from she might be more up front with you. I'm sure she doesn't take these types of things lightly and will try to work with you.

    I called them and they told me a HSMG member number had to be provided in order to get the minimum waived.

    I get my bags from BCN for packaging air fresheners with. Have never had any problems with ripping.

    I guess I didn't word this correctly. Does anyone know of candle/soap supply businesses that have opened or closed within the past couple of years? I've been seeing post for people trying to find replacement FOs for companies that have closed and it got me to wondering if there are any that I've previously bookmarked (but never got around to ordering from) that might no longer be around.

    I wonder what temp the wax is when you are pouring the FO, what percentage FO you are using and if you are stirring it in well enough? I've only experienced what you are describing once and that was with a vanilla FO.

    I really wanted to like Essentials by Catalina because they are a supplier that is within driving distance to me but couldn't get over the chemically smell even after adding FO. I haven't tried the others but am curious to see everyone's input.

    I purchased my first FO ever from Vickey and love her service and FO's. They are some of the best IMO.

    It's just the opposite for me. I love BCN's but hated Essentials by Catalina.

    Peak's is one of my favorite suppliers too. The other one is BCN.

    The hand held leather hole punch works the best for me. I punch them while slightly warm. I they are too warm, then you can't punch though them and if too cool it's hard to get the punch through.
