    Can you tell me where/how to go about submitting a support ticket? I'm not familiar with the process and have never had trouble getting her to respond to my emails before so I'm stumped.

    What a great idea. I make spiced apple cider by poking cloves into an orange placing it in a crockpot with cider and cinnamon sticks. I'll have to remember this for next year.
